A unique bed & breakfast in the heart of "Cowtown," Fort Worth, Texas. We are the oldest b&b in town, and have enjoyed being in the heart of it all! We are within walking distance of many restaurants and bars and live music venues in the historic Southside and Magnolia Avenue. We are less than a 10 minute drive to the Cultural district with many world class museums, including the Kimbell and Modern Art Museums. We are also within 3 miles of the FW Convention Center, Sundance Square/downtown, TCU and the FW Zoo. The b&b is an historic home, built in 1910, that has been transformed into a very artistic and eclectic boutique b&b. Each of the 6 rooms is differently themed, and all are filled with quality art from local artists. Breakfasts are served individually plated from a chef-driven menu and locally sourced produce. The living and dining areas, as well as grounds of the b&b, are filled with local art and serve as a gallery for local artists to show/sell their work. We welcome guests from all over the world, as well as down the street. We host private events (up to 30 guests) on the property, weddings, dinners and small family and friend gatherings, as well. We also offer a state rate for employees of universities and state entities as well as a hospital discount to those guests in need.

Property and Cancellation Policies :
CANCELLATIONSPlease read carefully, we are a small business and cancellations must be handled properly, as they effect us greatly. If a cancellation is made via phone conversation with our staff less than 21 days prior to date of arrival, guest will be charged the first night's stay. (Guest will be charged, then partially refunded if re-booked). If cancelled less than 10 days prior to the stay, the full amount will be held.
Cancellations 22+ days prior to your stay will be charged a $30 admin. fee. (cancellations can be via email, with a confirmation from staff).
Check in is flexible and very easy, we offer a "freedom check-in" which allows us to text you as soon as the room is ready, you will then be able to do a self-check in anytime you arrive. This is no charge for this service. Checkout is a firm 11:00 am. We have a small staff that needs time to prepare the rooms for arriving guests. If you require more time, a late checkout at noon for a fee of $20, can sometimes be arranged with prior notification. If later than 11:00 leaving the room, without prior approval, card on file will be charged at the rate of $25 per 15 minutes. We can also hold luggage in a secure space to accommodate travel plans.
