Free cancellation is possible until latest 14:00 local time (GMT+8) the day before the check-in date. Any cancellations or amendments made after 14:00 local time (GMT+8) 1 day prior to the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to the first (1st) night’s stay for each bed or room booked under the reservation. This will be charged to the guest’s credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
No Shows & Early Check Outs
Should it be necessary to cancel or amend your reservation, to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation please contact us latest by 14:00 local time (GMT+8) the day before arrival (24h). Please note that changes may result in a rate change depending on the current rate and availability at the time of change.
Other Requests
Requests for specific bed types and or dorm preferences will be accommodated subject to availability on the planned arrival date.

Terms and Conditions
1. Reception is open from 08:00 until 23:00. If arriving before 08:00 or after 23:00 please send us an email so we can be sure to have a staff member welcome you.
2. Payment is due in full upon arrival and prior to check-in. Cash and credit card payments accepted. A minimum of 300,000 IDR is required for card payments
3. If arriving outside of reception open hours, we kindly ask that you deposit your passport with our security staff and your passport will be stored safely in our reception safety box for check-in the next morning

4. Prices are EXCLUSIVE of 10% government taxes. Taxes will be charged additionally upon check-in at the property.
5. Bookings will automatically be cancelled in the event of a no-show by 04:00am the day after the check-in date unless otherwise notified beforehand of any delays or late arrivals
6. Airport transfers are available upon request for 250,000 IDR. If needed, please send an email to canggu@staylayday.com or WhatsApp +6281238743411 and provide us with your full name, flight number, arrival time and date
7. Due to the fact that the hostel is situated in a residential area it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respectful in regards to noise when walking or driving through the driveway, especially after 23:00
8. Please note that the check-in takes place in our main building at: Jl. Batu Mejan 14D, Padang Linjong, Canggu, Badung 80361. If you have booked our private rooms or deluxe dorms you will be escorted to your respective area by our friendly staff after check-in
9. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
10. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact us directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
11. No private parties are allowed on the premises and STRICTLY NO MUSIC after 23:00
