Kawa is located at a priviledged area of Salento where mountains, forests, natural reserves, and river of this beautiful region meet to offer our guests a full immersion in nature, with the benefit of having town within reach of a 5 minute walk or drive. Our hotel counts with all the facilities of a rustic, yet elegant architectural space that offer our guests an experience of great connection with the natural environment in conjunction with luxury service.

The land is called VEREDA ALTOS DE COCORA, or commonly known as "Antiguo Dos Casitas", Camino Nacional a Toche, Km 1. You access through the main street CALLE REAL, turning right at the beginning of the stairs that lead to el Alto de la Cruz. Past 700 mts you will see our hotel sign on the left side of the road, and from there, it's 400mts to the hotel (walking/driving).

Once you've arrived and checked in, you will have the option to access and leave the hotel by walking on a natural pathway (612 mts from Kawa to town\viewpoint).

In case of no-show or cancellation 7 days before the arrival date, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount of the stay.

Términos y condiciones:

Los niños mayores de cinco años pagan tarifa adicional.
Para adultos el valor adicional es de 200,000 por noche, aplica en ciertas habitaciones.
En caso de ser un huésped de nacionalidad colombiana o extranjero cuya estadía en el país supere los tres (3) meses, deberá pagar el IVA correspondiente al 19% del valor de la reserva.
El documento de identificación es indispensable para el proceso del check-in (Pasaporte, cédula o cédula de extranjería)
El ingreso es a las 3:00 PM y la salida a las 11:00 de la mañana. La propiedad hará cargos en caso de entregar la habitacion despues de las 11:00 AM y antes de las 13:00 equivalente al 20% del valor total de la reserva y si la habitación es entregada después de las 13:00 el cargo será equivalente al 100% del valor de una noche.
No se aceptan mascotas.
El desayuno es a la carta y está incluido en la reserva; se sirve de 07:00 AM a 09:30 AM, todos los días.
La propiedad podrá hacer cargos anticipados dentro de los 7 días previos a la fecha de llegada.
