summer-apartments with their bloomy names “Lavendel”, “Magnolie”, “Rosen & Ginster” and “Glyzinie” have a size-range from 69sm to 103 sm. All apartments
consist of spacious sleeping, living and bathrooms, oak floorboards and their
own balcony or terrace. Besides a barbecue pavilion in a garden of 3000 sm an
own access to a private lake bath (just 3 minutes walk) is placed at the disposal.
Next door
there are two further summer apartments in the garden house “Villetta”- also
with a direct lakeside view from your own terrace.
Whether
with the homely fireplace or the cosy sleeping gallery- both apartments,
“Franziska” and “Laurenzia”, offer a romantic ambience for two. Additionally
the joint use of the private lake bath and the extensive garden are perfect
refuge to relax.

Terms and Conditions
All apartment rates are per apartment and night including vat.
excluding: Euro 2,60 city tax per adult/night and Euro 70,00 cleaning fee per stay (these costs will be added during the booking process via our homepage)
Payment: 1. Payment of 50%: time of booking - 1. payment: 14 days priorate arrival
Dogs are just allowed in the following apartments: Lavendel, Magnolie and Franziska: Euro 50,00 per stay cleaning fee per stay & Euro 15,00 per night/animal. Please add both during your booking process.
