For all other rates :
The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival.
The guests will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
In case of No Show – the total cost of the reservation will be charged.

Payment
We accept the following methods of payment: credit or debit cards: MasterCard and Visa only .Cash- in BGN or in Euro. Payment is advanced upon arrival and check in.All outstanding charges must be paid for in full oncheck-out from the Hotel.
Charges
The prices displayed on the Websites are an average per night per room until a rate is selected. Any meals, service or VAT (at the prevailing rate) are included only if specified. A minimum length of stay, deposit, cancellation charge and other conditions may apply to certain rates, as specified. Once a rate is selected on the Websites, the total for your requested stay shall be displayed on the reservation summary. Prices shall be charged in Euro.

Accommodation in the selected room with private en suite bathroom ( with a walk in shower ) ,

Where breakfast is included in the price , a traditional buffet breakfast will be provided each morning.
All VAT and service charges, where applicable.

Check-in / Check-out Time & Requirements
CHECK IN:
Guests may check-in at any time from 14.00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival. You can come and check in earlier and if your room is not ready yet we can store your luggage for free. In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, at the time of check-in,guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference; their passport/identity card/driving licence and a valid creditor debit card which will be swiped in the presence of the card holder The information above may be requested for each member of your party over the age of 16 and we reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who can not provide the information set out above.
CHECK OUT:
On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 12.00 noon .Late check-out after this time can be requested in advance and is subject to availability and will be charged at a rate at the discretion of the Hotel.Free Luggage Storage is available on request.Rooms are subject to maximum occupancy rules set by the Hotel. No additional beds can be put in any of the rooms. One Baby cot for a baby up to 3 years old can be put free of charge in the room.If you would like further details please contact theHotel.

Car parking
You can park free of charge in front of the hotel.Parking spot can not be reserved and is a matter of availability.
Please take note, that the Entrance to the Old Town by car is allowed only for guests of hotels, taxis and delivery vehicles.
That is why in order to secure a faster access for you we need in advance your car model and plate number
in order to give them to Security Check at the entrance of the Old Town.
Damage
We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay(including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
No Smoking
Guests are not permitted to smoke in rooms or public areas.
Smoking in the room or public areas will result in additional charge at the amount of 50 Euro.
Internet
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Pets
We love pets ! Pets are allowed at the Hotel on request if they are in a travelling cage at no extra charges
The Hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of any property, left in the hotel
Behaviour
When you book with us, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid direct at the time to the hotel. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made against us (together with our own and the other party’s full legal costs) as a result of your actions. Hotel reserve the right at any time to terminate your stay or that of any member of your party due to misconduct, where justified in their reasonable opinion. No refunds will be given. Furthermore, neither the hotel nor any stuff member shall be under any obligation whatsoever to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may incur as a result of yourstay being terminated.
Force Majeore
The Company accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations
is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure
or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.
