Check-In / Check-Out Policies
This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.
Property and Cancellation Policies :
Cancellations made 15 days or more before arrival applies a charge of 10%.
Cancellations made 3 to 14 days before the date of arrival applies a charge of 2 nights.
Cancellations from 0 to 2 days before date of arrival applies a charge of 100%.
If the room is marked as non-cancelable, non-refundable or similar applies a penalty of 100% regardless of the date of the cancellation request.
If you have to leave the hotel before the end of your stay (early departure), or do not present the hotel (known as no show) is considered as cancellation and no reimbursements. If you reduce the number of paid guests once the reservation is decided by the hotel apply penalties or refunds.
It is your responsibility to call the hotel to notify the cancellation.
Terms and Conditions
all people staying at the hotel during your stay, be subject to this regulation, which is considered an adhesion contract that must be met. Otherwise, the Management reserves the right of admission and permanence.
REGISTRATION: All people staying must register before entering the hotel.
TIME AND OUT: The schedule entry to the rooms is set at 3 PM Hs and must be vacated at 12pm the next day. after that time, the hotel is entitled to carry an extra charge at the prevailing rate.
KEYS: On all occasions when guests leave the hotel, they must hand over the keys at reception without exception.
TOWELS: It is totally forbidden (without exception) removing towels from the room. Please lagoon for the asking at reception.
Smoking is prohibited in rooms, restaurant, lobby, hallways (According to Article No.188 of the Federal Health Act)
RIGHT OF ADMISSION: The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission of occasional visits for security and in any case the same access to the rooms is allowed. In case of default management reserves the right to order the immediate departure of the visitor.
For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed.
HOURS OF SILENCE: By concept of our hotel, we kindly request because the behavior of our guests to avoid discomfort at rest the rest of the guests. Please keep quiet.
Any damage caused by guests to the objects, real estate, will be solely responsible and must pay for the repair of the same.
