We are a locally-owned Jungle Lodge in the Brazilian Amazon Rainforest, 2 hours away from Manaus, in the paradisiacal region of Lago do Acajatuba.

Disclaimer: The English version below is provided in order to make it easier for our foreign visitors to read our terms. However, any interpretation doubts that arise in relation to the two versions will be resolved based on the original Portuguese version.
There are 3 options of “Pacotes de Selva” (“Jungle Packages”), from 3 to 5 days, and the Amazon Immersion, 7 days.
In addition to the “Passeios Imperdíveis” (“Must-Do Experiences”), you can choose between the “Roteiro Selvagem” (“Wild Tour”) or the “Roteiro Conexão” (“Connection Tour”) (click on See details above).
Included in the value of 3, 4, 5, 6 ou 7 day “Pacotes de Selva” (“Jungle Packages”):
- Accommodation at Caboclos House Ecolodge, in private bungalows with air conditioning and bathroom (as selected by the guest via the booking platform).
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner (except drinks).
- Transfer from Manaus to Caboclos, round trip, picking up at hotel or airport, on regular time: at 8.30 AM on your first day, and leave Caboclos at 3 PM on your last day.
- Jungle tours with a Portuguese speaking tour guide every day, as described in the description of the hired “Pacote de Selva” (“Jungle Package”);

For English speaking guide, additional R$ 200 per night is charged.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
In case of cancellation by the traveler/group, the following is established:
a) Cancellation within 7 days: The Contracting Traveler can cancel the contract within 07 (seven) days after signing it, being entitled to receive a full refund of the amounts paid, except for transaction fees;
b) Rescheduling using credit generated: 90% (ninety percent)of the total amount paid may be used as credit for another package, following the written conditions. The credit must be used by the Traveler himself within a period of 12 months from the rescheduling request date. 10% of the paid amount will be retained as a penalty. If the new package contracted has a higher price than the generated credit, it will be necessary to pay the difference in values when making the new reservation.
c) If it is not possible to apply the above hypotheses, the following percentages will be charged on the total package value, considering that they are partially refundable rates:
a) Cancellation within 7 days: The Contracting Traveler can cancel the contract within 07 (seven) days after signing it, being entitled to receive a full refund of the amounts paid, except for transaction fees;

- 20% (twenty percent) if cancellation occurs 30 (thirty) or more days before the embarkation/check-in date;
- 40% if cancellation occurs between 29 (twenty-nine) and 08 (eight) days before the embarkation/check-in date;
- 80% if cancellation occurs between 07 (seven) to 01 (one) day before the embarkation/check-in date or in case of "no show" (failure to show up for lodging use).
Terms and Conditions
Paying any amount all passenger affirm they are aware of the purpose of this trip, as an adventure and ecotourism trip in the Amazon Rainforest. They are aware that will be staying in a remote region, far from urban centers, with limited access to phone and internet. They declare that they have no health issue or restrictions that compromise their trip. They are aware o four cancellation police written below. If for any reason they need to check out before their check out date, they will receive Caboclos support but will handle eventual extra costs.

The Contracting Traveler who signs this term is responsible for himself and for all the people of the group for which he made the reservation, including being responsible for the correct filling out of the information in this contract;
The Contracting Traveler who signs this contract is responsible for paying the full amount of the contracted package;
In case of a discount agreed directly with a Caboclos representative and confirmed via e-mail, exclusively via reservas@cabocloshousecolodge.com, the value agreed with the team becomes valid, instead of the value automatically disclosed by the booking platform.

Extra shuttle: anytime from 7 AM to 4 PM, for additional R$ 250, scheduled in advance.
Responsibilities:
All travelers over the age of 18 upon check-in must sign the "Term of Liability" of Caboclos House Ecolodge, an essential condition for staying at the inn, which is sent with this contract, is an integral part of it and may change without notice.
Failure to make payments on the previously agreed dates will result in fines or cancellation of the reservation, with no refund, unless a new agreement is confirmed by the Caboclos team exclusively via the e-mail: reservas@cabocloshousecolodge.com.
There is a certain flexibility to change the date, package or total number of people. However it must be discussed in advance and agreed upon with the Caboclos team, which includes confirmation via e-mail. If Caboclos does not agree with the proposed conditions, the above mentioned Cancellation Policy will be followed.
Children policy:
1 child up to 9 years old, per room, is free of charge. From the second child, full price is charged.
The Contracting Traveler declares that he is in agreement with all clauses in this contract and that he and all who travel with him have read and accepted all general and specific clauses regarding payment terms, purchases of the respective purchased package and responsibilities. In addition, the Traveler declares that all information provided is true and that it assumes the obligations and responsibilities of this contract of its own free will.
