Booking Terms and Conditions
1.      Confirmation and Payments
a.      Payment of the entire booking is required prior to arrival.
b.      Bookings will be confirmed once the payment has been processed.
c.      Cancellations will incur 100% of the booking costs.
d.      Standard mixed dormitory prices range from $23 to $27 per night, inclusive of GST.
2.      Arrival
a.      Please phone the hostel to advise of your arrival time, as most bus/train connections arrive outside of office hours.
3.      Age
a.      Guests under the age of 18 years must contact Management prior to booking.
b.      Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 years and are required to stay in a two-bedroom.
c.      The hostel is unable to accommodate children under the age of 16 years.
4.      Wheelchair access
a.      We can arrange for wheelchair access. Please contact Management prior to booking.
5.      Disclaimer
a.      Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information on our website and associated booking engines. Mapuche Australia Pty Ltd do not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions.
b.      Any personal information you provide to us will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act.
c.      When you register with us, you consent to us using your information to contact you about information, services and discounts concerning our products and services.
d.      Your information will not be passed on to third parties, except where required by law.
6.      Hostel Rules
a.      Upon check-in, you agree to abide by the hostel's List Of Rules:

1.              No anti-social behaviour. There is zero tolerancefor verbal and/or physical abuse. This rule extends to behaviour displayed inthe workplace and the community of Griffith. Anti-social behaviour will lead toimmediate eviction and possibly to being reported to Police. 
2.              No excessive alcohol consumption. No drinking after 10pm.No drinking games. 
Alcoholmust not be stored outside the kitchen (fridge/shelves).   
3.              No drugs   
4.              No smoking (Smoking permitted indesignated areas only)   
5.              No visitors   
6.              No noise after 10pm   
7.              Safety: Ensure doors and gates are always securelyclosed. Management are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash,jewellery or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms.   
8.              Hygiene: In this hostel you areexpected to live in a hygienic manner. Wash your dishes, swap your beddingregularly, use the bedding the way it is intended, store your belongings inlockers/shelves/boxes, and keep the floors free. We do not permit the use ofyour own bedding as this greatly increases the risk of bed bugs travellingbetween venues. Upon check-out your room will be inspected.   
9.              Fire Hazards: Do not smoke orburn candles/incense. Do not cover heaters with clothing. Do not overload powerpoints and extension cords. Do not keep drinks or liquids near powerboards. External Heating sources are not permitted in this hostel.   
10.          Rent: is payable uponcheck-in, and then weekly in advance, during office hours, or via directdeposit. Non-compliance will incur a late fee or may lead to automaticcheck-out.   
11.          Credit Card Details: are mandatory uponbooking, and may be used to charge for any outstanding rent, transport, itemsloaned to you upon check-in (such as bedding) and also for any theft, lossand/or damage caused by you to our property.   
12.          Internet Usage:  Guests are notpermitted to use the hostel’s internet connection to transmit or downloadany content which would be deemed unlawful, threatening, abusive,harassing, defamatory, obscene, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy,racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
13.          Departure:  One (1) week’snotice must be given via email to admin@griffithworkinghostels.com.au prior to departure.

Management reserves the right to access all areas at all times. Managementreserves the right to evict any person(s) who deliberately break(s) any of thelisted rules, pose(s) a threat to themselves or others, or refuse(s) to obeyany reasonable request by Management. Your stay here is at the sole discretionof Management. Management has sole discretion to refuse entrance to anyone ontothe premises.
