With Agorà (living, food & drinks), Volcano (study and coworking space), Caviar (experimental cuisine), Academy (training and courses), and different types of private and shared rooms, this former Bertolli factory building is very more than just a hostel where tourists can sleep.

General informations
When to come and when to go
Your room will be ready at 15:00. Come when you want, your bags are safe here. The last check in is at 23:59.
It is possible to leave the hotel early in the morning (for example at 4:00 AM). The last check out is at 10:30 AM.
Late Check-in option
If you travel at night and arrive at any time after 23:59 we charge € 7
Late Check-out option
If you need to sleep you can stay in bed until 14:00 for € 7
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in our living room on the ground floor, from 8:00 to 10:30. Our breakfast costs € 5 per person.
Parking
Outdoor parking near the hotel is free. We also have private parking. We charge hotel guests € 10 for 24 hours. Motorcycles and scooters pay € 7 for 24 hours. If you travel by bike, the private parking is free because we are bike friendly.
Bed sheets
Sheets and blankets are included in all rooms, and the bed is ready to welcome you. We rent towels for € 3 only if you choose a shared room. The private rooms have everything included, as in the hotel rooms.
Rates
Our rates include VAT and other taxes. We like doing simple things.
Restricted rate (pay now): this rate offers the best price for your room. You will pay the full amount at the time of booking. It is not possible to modify or cancel this type of booking.
Flexible rate (pay on arrival): this rate allows you to change or cancel your reservation free of charge, up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. For example: when the arrival day is Saturday, it is possible to modify or cancel the reservation until Thursday at 23:59 (Lecce time).
Bike rent
You can rent a bicycle at the Lobby Collective Hostel for € 10 on the first day and € 8 on the following days. We don’t accept reservations.
Bike sharing
At the Lobby Collective Hostel there is a bike sharing dock for all citizens. You can take a bike at the station and leave it in the hostel, or vice versa. Activate your subscription through the BicinCittà App.
Co-Working and Wi-Fi
The Wi-Fi connection of the Lobby Collective Hostel is fast and free. We offer a free Co-Working space where locals and hotel guests sit side by side. For private business meetings you can book a meeting room for up to 15 people.
Pets
Pets (maximum 2) are welcome only in private rooms, with a supplement of € 15 per night. Write or call us so we prepare to welcome you.
Food and beverages
Food and drinks (excluding water) cannot be consumed in the room, use the common area. You can only keep food closed in its original packaging in your backpack. If you have open packages keep them in the kitchen.
Smoking
Use your room to relax, sleep, read, but not to smoke. If you smoke in your room or tamper with the fire alarm, we will charge you a € 100 penalty.
Drugs and prostitution
Drugs (use, possession and sale of any kind) and prostitution are not tolerated inside and outside the Lobby Collective Hostel.
Terms & conditions
Responsibility
We refund only damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence on the part of our staff. But liability is limited to the maximum amount of the total cost of the stay. We are not responsible for consequential damages (for example, if you’ll not being able to catch the train). In the event that you or your guests cause damage to anything in the hotel you will be held liable. For any minor damage, we may choose to charge a minimum of € 100. If the damage caused involves compensation, we will promptly notify you of our staff. We will deduct the amount from your credit card and issue an invoice.
Departure time
On the day of departure the rooms must be vacated no later than 10:30 am. If the room is not vacated after this time, the hotel has the right to charge € 7 until 14:00, and 100% of the price of the following night after 14:00. Luggage will be removed from the room and put in storage. Lobby Collective Hostel is not responsible for any loss or damage.
Extremely dirty room
In the event that the vacated rooms are found extremely dirty we charge € 50 for extra cleaning.
Restricted Rate Cancellation (non-refundable rate)
This rate does not allow you to cancel your booking, and the amount paid cannot be refunded.
Flexible rate cancellation (standard rate / free cancellation)
This rate allows you to change or cancel your reservation for free. You can do this by sending an email from this page. Modification or cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. For example: when the arrival day is Saturday, it is possible to modify or cancel the reservation until Thursday at 23:59 (Lecce time).
No show
If you do not show up, without notifying us in advance, we charge your account € 7 and keep the room reserved until 7:30 the following morning. After 7:30 the next day we deduct the full amount of the booking from your credit card and cancel the booking.
Payment and guarantees
We accept Visa or Mastercard credit cards and cash. We retain € 10 as a deposit for the key, which we return upon check out. If you book the flexible rate (pay on arrival) we temporarily hold the amount of the stay on your credit card to guarantee the reservation.
Refunds
When you cancel the reservation you will be refunded using the same payment method used to make the reservation.
Groups
Contact the hotel directly to make a booking for a group of more than 6 people. We may apply special cancellation conditions, and we reserve the right to cancel without refund any reservation made without contacting the hotel first.
Harassment and unwanted behavior
Lobby Collective Hostel reserves the right to immediately expel people who cause harassment and / or offensive or discriminatory behavior towards other hotel guests and / or employees. If the hotel deems it necessary, the group to which those causing the harassment belong may also be expelled, regardless of whether only a few people caused harassment within that group. In the event of expulsion, the guest or group is not entitled to refund, and will have to pay the full amount of the stay. During events and work activities, the lessee is responsible for the behavior of his guests. The lessee, in the event of expulsion, has no right to be refunded. In case of expulsion, the lessee must pay the rent of the room, or of the meeting room, bar / catering or any other lost proceeds.
Territorial jurisdiction
In the very unlikely event that a dispute arises, the Lecce territorial forum will have jurisdiction.
Force majeure
Causes of force majeure that cannot be attributed to the Lobby Collective Hostel, which are of a nature that does not allow the fulfillment of contractual obligations (such as, by way of example but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, revocation of one or more permits, epidemics and pandemics and government measures enacted in this regard) give the Lobby Collective Hostel the right to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part and / or to suspend the contracts in progress without any obligation to pay damages. In this case, the Lobby Collective Hostel reserves the right to be refunded for the damage (including, but not limited to, the amount of the reservation, in addition to the costs for third party services incurred by the Lobby Collective Hostel). Lobby Collective Hostel advises guests and hotel guests to be insured against these risks. Compensation requests from customers / guests for the suspension of the service or the contract for reasons of force majeure will not be considered. The above does not affect the applicable cancellation conditions.
