The Chill Out and Sizzle Shack are not accommodations, they are social spaces available for private daily or 3-5 hourly sessions to both our accommodation guests and day visitors.
PLEASE NOTE ADVANCED RESERVATION IS REQUIRED TO USE THESE FACILITIES. ON THE DAY BOOKINGS ARE NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO FACILITATE.
If booking one of our Social Spaces a refundable deposit of £50 will be taken in the pre-self-check-in wizard and automatically released three days after check-out once inspections have taken place. In the event of any property damage, Excessive dirtying beyond normal cleaning, missing items, and indoor smoking you will be contacted and costs will be deducted from the deposit before any remainder is refunded. If costs are MORE than your deposit, you will be expected to pay the difference.

Enter your desired dates and select your pod or social space from the availability shown (Please note: For Chill Out and Sizzle Shack bookings please select the check-in date as the day you wish to have your session and the check-out date for the following day. We have a 2night minimum required to stay in our Pods throughout the majority of year and three nights for all Bank Holiday weekends, single nights are only available when other reservations have created single night occupancy gaps within the calendar).
Securely enter your contact and payment details (please make sure these are correct as they will be used later in the process) and complete your reservation.
Once complete you will automatically receive two forms of contact from us. The first is our reservation confirmation email, this will include all relevant information for your stay, pod type, check-in/out dates and times, number of nights, number of guests, and our site address. You will receive a second email/text from us with a link to our pre-self-check-in. Follow the simple steps and once complete you will have access to our online guest portal. This is where you are able to personalise your reservation by adding additional guests and a wide variety of optional extras. The guest portal will also become your information and communications hub along with information on the local area so you can plan your visit long before your arrival date. The chat section within the portal is the quickest and easiest way to get in touch with us (individual booking sites messaging facilities will not be regularly monitored).
Accommodation Reservation - Payment for your reservation will automatically be taken six weeks prior to your arrival, using the payment details provided when creating your reservation. If booking within the six week arrival period, payment will be taken on the day of creating the reservation. You have the right to cancel at any point up to six weeks prior to your arrival date free of charge. Any cancellations after this point will be non-refundable. Please ensure that you enter the correct payment details at the time of creating your reservation, failure to do so will result in your reservation being cancelled.
Your access code is four digits long and specific to your reservation. Your code is automatically created and only visible to you the day before your arrival within the guest portal and within your arrival text. The code will only be valid for the length of your stay. The use of digital codes is more secure and also friendlier for the planet.

Terms and Conditions
When you wish to make a booking, you will complete the online booking process either directly on our website, or through one of our third-party booking providers. Once your booking has been accepted, you will receive a booking confirmation from us directly. Until such time as the booking confirmation is issued the booking is not complete.By making a booking request you warrant that you have the authority of all persons in your party to book on their behalf, you accept these terms and conditions and agree that you will indemnify Orchard Hideaways against all loss and damage arising directly or indirectly from any act or default by yourself or any person or animal accompanying you.You must be over 18 years old to make a booking and to stay on-site without other adults.We will try to ensure that all facilities connected to the site are available to you during your stay. If services and facilities are not available due to circumstances beyond our control no liability will attach to us and you will not be entitled to a refund.You will not be refunded in the event that some members of your party fail to arrive or you decide to leave the site early.We reserve the right to terminate your permission to stay on-site immediately in the event that you or those in your party are in breach of these terms and conditions or are in breach of Park Rules. In the event that permission to stay is terminated as a result of such breach, you will not be refunded.
Payment will be automatically taken in full six weeks before your arrival.In the event that you fail to make payment of the balance as indicated above, your booking will be canceled.
Other terms and conditions and park rules
Accommodation Only (these do not apply to The Chill Out and Sizzle Shack) - Our new key code system means that you are able to arrive at your leisure after 3 pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the date of departure. All late arrivals are kindly asked to please respect our quiet hours from 11 pm.The basic price of your booking entitles you to hire a camping pod and locate one car. Each collection includes either two or three guests. Additional guests and optional extras are charged once your booking has been confirmed. Details will be included within the booking confirmation. Please see our website for current charges or contact us.In the event that you decide that you wish to stay beyond booked dates, we cannot guarantee that this will be possible nor can we guarantee that the same pod will be available.The number of people occupying each pod must not exceed the number stated in the booking form. All of our pods are dog friendly, please ensure that you book this as an optional extra through your booking confirmation.Personal belongings are your responsibility and we will not be liable for any personal belonging lost/damaged during your stay.Any damages or losses must be paid for before departure.
Orchard Hideaways is 100% pet friendly and are allowed to stay in any of our pods. These must be booked and paid for as an extra to your booking, through the confirmation email. If circumstances justify it, the consent can be revoked at any time. Breeds subject to the ‘Dangerous Dogs Act 1991’ are not permitted at all. Dogs must be kept under proper control on a short lead so as not to be a nuisance to or frighten other users of the park. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets. Do not leave your dog unattended at any time.Please exercise your dog away from other pods and be respectful of other visitors to our site.
Holiday behaviour standards
Occupiers are reminded that they are responsible for the conduct of their guests and family.We expect the following standards of behaviour:To act in a courteous and considerate manner towards us, our staff and other guests.You further agree that you will not:
- Commit any criminal offence at the park or undertake any criminal activity.
- Commit acts of vandalism or nuisance. Keep or carry any firearm or any other weapon on the park.
- Use any unlawful drugs.
- Create any undue noise or disturbance.
Managing the safety of our team and guests
Help us to effectively manage the safety of our team and guests while visiting Orchard Hideaways:Be aware of others and maintain a 2-metre social distance at all times from other holidaymakers, team members and other visitors while on the site.If you have children with you, please ensure they are adequately supervised and also abide by the social distancing guidelines.Please regularly wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.There are also hand sanitiser stations around the site. Please make use of these regularly when using the facilities.You may wish to bring additional supplies with you, including soap, hand gel, gloves, toilet roll, disinfectant and hand sanitiser.We will be increasing the frequency of cleaning, including regularly disinfecting high-frequency touchpoints.Between bookings, we will use a fogging machine to sanitise the pods prior to cleaning.Do not holiday on the site if you have a high temperature, a new continuous cough or a loss or change in your sense of smell or taste.If you are feeling unwell, you have an obligation to report your symptoms to site management.
