PAYMENT
- To secure your reservation we recommend to pay for your stay at least 48 hours before check-in.
- If the guest cancels less than 48 hours and at “no show” case the payment is non-refundable.
- Note, Pet payment and Parking is not included in the price. In case you need it please let us correct the amount.
- If you need an invoice, please email us.
- Please note, a damage deposit may be required, which is returned at the end of the stay, subject to no violations or damage to the property.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in time: from 15:00. On the day of your arrival, when the apartment is ready for your stay, we will provide you with a code of the key box which is at the entrance of the building from Kaunas Street..
- Check-out time: till 11:00. Please just drop the key card to the box by the lift (section A, 5th floor) оr by the parking gate. We kindly ask you to leave the door hanger (the green side with a note "Welcome") on the outer door handle.
- Please ask regarding early check-in and late check-out. If available, we are glad to help you.
- Please note there is no reception (front desk).
- On regular issues please call us on normal business hours.
- In case of trouble do not hesitate to contact us any time.
- For the start of your stay enjoy complimentary Nescafe coffee, tea and sugar.
- We have limited underground parking places for extra payment - 8 EUR/night. Please ask for the availability before check-in.
- Please note the height restriction of 1,9 m.
- You can also park outside near the building. We recommend downloading the "Unipark" mobile application for city parking payment and selecting card payment (not mobile operator) if you are using a foreign phone number.
- Wi-Fi is free. You will find the Wi-Fi access code on your apartment table.
- Please use the Internet for legal issues only.
- We are pet friendly for a certain fee, but a maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment. We accept pets up to 10 kg.
- Pet fee is 10 EUR/night per pet. Please inform us in advance about the pet.
- Pets must be supervised during the stay and not cause inconvenience to other guests. Also not using human bed linen, towels, dishes and similar.
- “Lofts with sauna” only are equipped with private saunas for 2 persons. Enjoy!
- Our sauna is really easy to use. There are two handles in the sauna. One regulates the temperature and the other time. Let the sauna warm up for 1 hour and you can use it. Please keep the door closed. Only water can be poured on the stones. Please do not leave the sauna turned on for more than 2 hours or unattended. Please do not leave the apartment when the sauna is on!
- All apartments have air conditioners.
- Please keep the windows closed when using the air conditioner.
- We change bed linen, towels and clean apartments once a week for stays longer than 7 nights.
- Please just let us know if you want your towels to be changed.
- Please let us know if you wish to be not disturbed.
- Self service laundry room is near the lift on the 5th floor. Please download and use Airwallet app for the washing machine's and dryer’s payment.
- You can also find some self-housekeeping and ironing equipment in the Laundry 24/7 room. Please return equipment after use.
- Open the door with your apartment key card.
- In all our apartments and the whole building both smoking and using electronic cigarettes are not allowed. You will be asked to pay a 200 euros fine if any evidence of smoking is found in the apartment or in other building places. Please note that we comply with the Lithuanian law banning indoor smoking.
- The waste container you will find at the east side of our building, Vytenio street, is near the entrance to the parking lot.
- Please note that no waste can be left near the container, because garbage carriers do not collect that and the rest pollute the environment.
- Please note that the newly furnished one floor loft with sauna, single studio and double studios are located in the new part of our apartment complex. Please note that on weekdays, during business hours, on other floors there may be repairs, so there may be noise. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience. If you want to avoid these disturbances, depending on availability, we suggest choosing a triple studio or a loft with a sauna in the old part of our apartment complex (in the same building, on the same floor).
- Excessive noise is made between the hours of 21:00 and 08:00. Disturbing other guests rest and/or privacy.
- Smoking in the premises.
- Sub-letting the property, you have rented (or giving it to other people). The number of people residing in the apartment should be the same as confirmed in the booking. Accommodation for additional guests may be requested.
- Other illegal, immoral behavior or activity.
- Top Floor Apartments is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal things at the premises.
- The Tenant is financially responsible for any damage or breakages found that are over and above normal wear and tear and usage.
- All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm accommodations at Top Floor Apartments & Office.
