The Beach House Ipanema was opened on 2004 at the most important, charming and elegant block in Ipanema - Rio de Janeiro. And the main goal is to offer the best of carioca way of life to our guests. We are located only one block from the metro station, three blocks from the best spot of Ipanema Beach and with great choices of restaurants, bars and shops around us. Our house has 500 square meters of space in a building from 1918 with a wonderful outside area, pool, lounge and surrounded by green. We are a team ready to welcome you with open arms and with all the necessary tips to make your visit to Rio unforgettable.

We charge 50% in the moment of the booking and the amount remaining must be paid at check-in.**
CANCELLATION:
Without penalty if informed up to 3** days before check-in. If later or in case of no-show, we will charge 50%. There will be no refund in case of early departure.**
** Non-refundable with full pre-payment during Rock in Rio 2026, New Years and Carnival 2026.
IMPORTANT:
We hold the reservation up to the date of check-in, in case of no-show it will be automatically cancelled.
