- This offer is exclusive to bookings made directly through our website.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance and any extra charges are to be paid upon arrival.
- This discount cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, including senior citizen and PWD discounts.
- Bookings are non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable.
In case of a typhoon or other acts of God, booking can be rebooked once, subject to availability. The rebooking is valid for six months but excludes the period from December 20 to December 31, 2024.
Terms and Conditions
*Early Check-in or late-Check out is subjected to room availability on the relevant day. To be reconfirmed by the front office staff.
*All additional charges such as extra bed and extra person is not yet included on the room rate. Payment shall be made upon arrival at the hotel.
*A full room rate will be chargeable for early check outs.
*All guest must present valid id upon Check-in.
*Guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the evenings.
*Bringing in of food and beverage in the premises is strictly prohibited and shall impose an applicable "corkage fee".
*Cooking and bringing butane or any electric appliances is not allowed.
*An extra mattress will be provided for 1,200/night.
*Pet is allowed for 600/night.
*Should there be a Senior Citizen in the group, please provide a clear copy of senior id to present upon check-in to avail the senior discount. Please note that a discount is applicable on the senior citizen only and not per room basis.
Holy Week Rate Terms & Conditions (March 25-30, 2024)
- Bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Any cancellation will forfeit the 50% upfront payment.
- Rebooking is not allowed once booking has been confirmed.
- A minimum stay of two (2) nights is required for bookings passing through March 28 - 30, 2024. This policy ensures that all our guests can fully enjoy the experience at our hotel during this peak period.
- Guests are required to make a nonrefundable upfront payment of 50% of the total reservation cost at the time of booking. Remaining balance payable at check-in.
- Standard times apply. Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and extra charges.
- In the event of a no-show, the hotel will retain the upfront payment and any rights to the room will be forfeited.
Promo rates are non cancelable, non-refundable and non-modifiable once confirmed.
Any unused deposit is valid for rebooking within 6 months from the original booking date.

Standard Rates Policy
All confirmed bookings under the Standard Promotional Rate can be cancelled free of charge up to 48hours before the travel dates.
Any cancellation within 48hours of arrival shall incur a 100% charge of the total reservation.
