You mustbe at least 18 years of age to book a room or stay alone in our hotel. If youare younger than 18, you must be accompanied by an adult family member. Pleaseobserve the maximum number of staying guests indicated in your booking and asposted in your room. Undeclared guests found will incur much higher charges. If youare booking a room for another person, you may still be liable for any damageor debt left by the person you booked. Onlyregistered guests may use the room you booked, or avail of hotel servicesreserved for hotel guests. You needto pay for at least 1 night to reserve a room. This is refundable, subject tocertain conditions stated below. We acceptelectronic payments by way of credit card, digital bank transfer, digitalwallet transfer, or other such means. We also accept over-the-counter paymentsin cash or check. Payments that require clearing must clear first before takingeffect. Please make allowance for bank and intermediary fees, which are on thepayer’s account.

Left-behindArticles
Any itemof value left behind by the guest will be put in the hotel storage. Themanagement will inform the guest about any left-behind item, but only if stillpossible. Items kept in storage for more than 7 days will be donated to charityor disposed. If youaccidentally left behind an item of value, please contact our front deskimmediately. Guest must pay in advance for shipping charges.
Smoking& Vaping
Smoking andvaping are not allowed in the rooms or in any part of the hotel premises,except at the designated smoking area.
Pets &Service Dogs
We do notaccept pets throughout the accommodation, except for service dogs, only for PWDguests booked in our PWD room.
