- RESERVATION AND BOOKING TERMS
- Rates quoted are based on your period of stay and are subject to change
- All services not included in the hotel offer package or in your room rate shall be charged separately
- Children aged 0-5 years old sleep for free in the existing bedding of a shared room with a paying adult.
- Extra person in the room will be charged an additional cost of 1,000/person/night inclusive of breakfast except for the Dormitory Room.
- An extra bed incurs additional cost of 1,200/bed/night inclusive of breakfast except for the Dormitory Room.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation
- We give discounts to those who are eligible such as Seniors and PWDs with ID, but not applicable to promotional rates and lean season rates.
- Discounts are given depending upon the agreement of both the guest and the hotel personnel.
- Room cleaning is upon request only.
- All rooms are non-smoking, as cigarette smoke sticks to the walls and fabrics. If violated, 5000 pesos is to be charged accordingly.
- Extra person in the room will be charged an additional cost of 1,000/person/night inclusive of breakfast except for the Dormitory Room.
- Please keep your voice to a minimum. Every guest expects a relaxing stay as you do.
- Please do not bring or consume prohibited drugs around the premises, so as with flammable or explosive materials in the hotel.
- Guests will be charged accordingly for any damages/breakage incurred to property inventories.
- Any non-removable stains in fabric due to henna/dye/sunblocks cost 1,000 pesos.
- Please take care of your belongings. If you need assistance in securing your belongings, the front desk will be more than happy to help you.
- The hotel/staff/establishment has the right to refuse services if the rules and regulations stated above are violated.
- Mobile networks are not available inside the premises.

- Check-in time is from 2pm onwards and check-out time is by 12pm. A valid government issued identification or passport is required at check-in
- Should you arrive prior to the normal check-in time, please approach Front Desk for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available.
- Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy levels. Please check with Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out
