GENERAL CONDITIONS
Our establishment management department reserves the right to not guarantee the number of apartments previously assigned to the client.
The accommodation and use Cof any other services will last as per agreed upon us and our clients. The period must be notified on the reservation.
The continuation and use of those services during a period longer than the agreed upon the parties will always be made under mutual agreement.
The accommodation will be available from 16:00 h of the arrival day to 12:00 h of the departure day. If the client does not obey these hours, he/she will be committed to pay the full amount corresponding to one night.
The client must pay the full amount of the stay booked. If the accommodation is not occupied for any reason, under no circumstances will we return nor apply a discount for those “no show” days.BOOKING CONDITIONSWe will contact you 7 days before de arriving day to pay the rest of the reservation.Except the dates of Eastern, 101 km de Ronda y Ferias de Ronda, we will contact you in any time to pay the total book.ALL THE PAYMENT ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
