The price of a package is $375 per person, this includes unlimited golf for 3 days, 2 nights in cottage(power carts included), longer stays can now be booked online as well.  Booking multiple cottages under same name is discouraged, please have someone staying in each cottage make their own reservation.   Our cottage packages are based on 4 golfers per cottage, groups of less than 4 may reserve through the week.  

Booking/Cancellation Policy

• $375(+tax) payment/deposit is required to book a cottage, payable by Visa or Mastercard, 
• The person making the reservation is responsible for the cottage/cottages should any damage occur.
• Cancellation Policy is full refund if cancelled no less than 30 days before arrival date.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date will be charged 50% of full package price, if we can rent the cottage to another group this will result in full refund. 
  
• Cancellations due to unfavorable weather forecast will still result in a cancellation charge.  
• There are no refunds on early departures for any reason, weather included. 
  
• All cottages are non-smoking. Please ensure that you smoke outside with the windows closed. If extra cleaning is required, a $250 charge will be applied to your credit card.
• Check In: 3 pm
  
• Check Out: 10 am
• Groups booking more than one cottage will have every effort made to be placed in consecutive cottages

• The Liquor Laws of New Brunswick prohibit anyone from bringing personal Alcohol on any premises that holds a NBLC Liquor License, this includes Covered Bridge Golf Course and Club House.
  
• All alcohol must be purchased from Covered Bridge Golf Club . 
• PERSONAL COOLERS ARE NOT PERMITTED!!
  
• Covered Bridge Golf Club is within its Rights and Obligations to check carts/bags that may be in violation of this policy.
• The booking party is responsible to make certain all members of the group are aware of these laws/rules prior to arrival.

• Cottage package guests can reserve tee times for their stay beginning 14 days in advance of their arrival date.
• No group of more than 4 golfers is permitted on the golf course at anytime, EVER!! Please do not ask because the answer is always NO, groups playing with more than 4 will be asked to leave to the course
• Pace of play should be no more than 4 hours and 15 minutes, preferably 4 hours, groups behind that pace will be asked to skip holes in order to speed up play.
• Power carts are to be returned to the pro shop no less than 1 hour before sunset, so book tee times accordingly
• Under no circumstance are power carts permitted at our cottages, they must remain at the golf course at all times.  
• Power carts are to be parked on the cart  path next to all tees and greens
• Power cart operators assume all risk of loss or damage to golf carts rented from Covered Bridge Golf Club, any damages will be charged to the booking party credit card.
  
• In case of a tournament cottage guests are still ensured no less than 18 holes either prior to or after the tournament.
