Prices and Taxes
All rates are quoted in South African Rand and inclusive of VAT at 15%.
106 Adderley reserves the right to amend all tariffs should there be any change in VAT, statutory levy or tax becoming payable by 106 Adderley after the date of signatory of this agreement.
Long Term Accommodation
For any long stay accommodation 14+ nights, a admin lease fee of R950 will be charged (non-refundable), an Insurance Fee of R100 will be charged once off for any accidental damages (non-refundable). A one-month deposit is required to the same value of your first months rental. All apartments are equipped with a Pre-Paid electricity meter and therefore not included in the daily/monthly rates. Complimentary cleaning is done once a month and scheduled accordingly. We provide bedding / linen at an additional cost.
Payment and Terms at Check-In
Kindly note that check-in commences at 2PM on your date of arrival and check-out is at 10AM on the day of departure.
All bookings are to be prepaid prior to arrival unless prior arrangement has been made with management.
