Your reservations details are as follows: Reservations/Deposits/Cancellations and Payment: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, Travelers Checks, Personal Checks and Cash. A deposit of 50% of the booked rate for cabins and or boats is required to guarantee a reservation (if you have booked online, a Timber Trail staff member will be contacting you to fully confirm the reservation). Payment in full is required 90 day prior to check-in. Cabins, campsites, and rental equipment will be charged for the entire time reserved. No refunds. Deposits will be refunded only if the cabin, kitchenette, or campsite is rented to another party, at the full rental price, minus a $50.00 service fee. Pet policy: for Timber Trail Lodge allows dogs ONLY and requires that dogs are well behaved and quiet. Noisy dogs with antisocial behavior are not welcome. Dogs must be always on a leash and under control. You must clean up dog waste. Dogs may be walked in designated non-use areas. Dogs are not allowed in the beach area. You are expected to remove all dog hair from the cabin before departure. If your dog is accustomed to being on furniture, please bring a blanket for it to lie on. Dogs may not be left unattended. You will be financially responsible for all damage caused by your dog. Dog fee: $20/day/dog or$100/week/dog. Check In/Check Out: Check in time begins at 3PM. Our staff is available in the summer from 8AM-8PM and winter from 9AM-5PM, Lodge hours may vary. Please let us know if your arrival will be after hours so we can give you your access code to your cabin/s. Check out is by 9 AM unless requested and approved otherwise. Lease be sure you have returned all of our equipment and belongings as well as checking over the cabin/s to make sure you have all of your personal belongings. Boat Rentals:            -Boatrental rates are plus tax and applicable tax. Boat rental rates and packagesincluding boats do not include gas or tax.Non Resort boat/s:            -DockSpaces Required: Please make sure staff are aware of any boats you plan tobring so we can accommodate the appropriate dock space. Your Boat Club: Pontoon rentals available through yourboat club, located at Timber Trail Lodge. Rates listed do not include incidental charges (i.e. boat rentals,guided fishing trips, souvenirs, etc...), unless otherwise noted.What to Bring: Our kitchens arefully equipped with pots, pans, serving dishes, and utensils. We provide allbedding and pillows. We provide toilet paper. Please bring towels for bath andbeach use as well as paper towels. Kitchen and bath towels are provided in ourmotel units. As youcheck in, our cleaning staff works very hard and diligently to make sure ourcabins are top notch and in good working order. If there is anything that doesnot meet your cleanliness standard, please let us know so we can take careof it for you. With that being said, as you check out, we expect the cabins tohave some disorganization and be used, however if there are permanentstains on the beds, bedsheets, couches, floors, ceilings, walls, etc. orextensive damage is done to any portion of the cabin/s that wasnot there preceding your stay, the credit card on file will becharged for the cost, delivery, and/or shipping and related costs.Questions or Concerns: If you haveany questions or concerns that we may help you with, please do not hesitate tocall or email.
