Group Bookings (4 rooms or more) are subject to 30 days cancellation policy, reservations are free to cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival with written acknowledgement, full charge is applicable thereafter for cancellations and No Show.
Non Refundable/Special Promotional Rate is payable upon booking and is not refundable and cannot be modified, date changes are allowed with 3 months subject to availability, rate change may be applicable.

We practice an Asia Tradition of NO SHOES upstairs, if this is not to your liking or difficult please inform staff.
Durian and Smoking are strictly forbidden in rooms and any part of the hotel, a cleaning fee of MYR 500 will be charged to your account.

We have NO private or designated parking
Parking is available on the street in designated bays and subject to your own payment
