Terms and Conditions
- Cancellation Window: 24 hours prior to arrival day (please note this is not arrival time), Penalty: 1st night
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
- No cancellations are allowed on non-refundable bookings, I.e. same day bookings and / or bookings made after the 48 hour cancellation and modification period.
- If a guest fails to arrive by 9pm on the booking day, without prior arrangement or notification, the reservation may be automatically cancelled.
- During off peak periods, a booking can be cancelled any time up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date. Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation will result in the full amount of the stay being retained.
- Reservations made directly with Cue Motel and Roadhouse, either by phone, walk in, or by using the Book Now button on the Cue Roadhouse website, should be cancelled directly with the Motel. Please observe the above cancellation policy to avoid a fee.
- Reservations made through a 3rd Party agent, I.e. Booking.com, Expedia etc. must be cancelled with the 3rd Party agent and the Cancellation policy and fees of the 3rd Party agent will apply.
- Extra guest will attract a $20 per night charge
- Full Payment is required before checking in
- Parking is available on the property
- No Parties or events are allowed unless organised by the venue itself in which you will be notified before checking in.
- Personal information will not be sold or used for any other purpose except for delivering information about Cue Roadhouse and Motel
- We do not accept liability for any loss or damage of your personal belongings or vehicles.
- If you do not following our polices or terms and conditions you will be forcibly removed from the property with no refund.
Refund Policies
- No show, no refund.
- No refund on non-refundable bookings.
- No refund for cancellation and booking modifications made outside of the cancellation / modification period.
- No refund after checking-in.
- No refund for early or unexpected departure.
- No refund for room changes.
- Management reserves the right to refuse a refund.
House Rules
- Quiet times: Cue Motel is a place of rest please respect the other guests and quiet times between 9pm and 7am.
- Visitors: Only paying guests are permitted on site. For social visits the adjoining Cue Roadhouse is open from 5am to 9pm daily.
- Cooking: No cooking is permitted within the rooms. There is a microwave in the Roadhouse dining room available for guests use.
Guests who fail to abide with the above rules may be asked to leave and be ineligible for a refund.
