Cancelations
- Cancellations requested 15 days or more before arrival, no penalization.
- Cancellations requested 14 days before arrival, 50% penalization.
- Cancellations requested 7 days before arrival, 100% penalization.
- Reservations that have been guaranteed with a credit card are held for you until arrival. If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, cancellation policies will apply.
- No refund for 'no shows' or cancellations after checked in (no exceptions).
- Only written cancellations request to info@nosarabeachhotel.com will be accepted. Requests over phone call, or non-verifiable are not valid or accepted.

Payment:
- Checkin starts at 15:00 and Check Out limit is at 11:00
- Once the guest(s) has checked in, we will collect FULL PAYMENT for the whole stay.
- If youcheck out later than 11:30 am, you will be charged for 1 night stay.
- The guest will be held responsible for damage or vandalism actions made to the hotel or others guests during their stay. The Hotel might also charge the guest credit card to compensate the damages and the loss of income provoked by the damages if the room must be immobilized.
- A credit card is required in order to guarantee all reservations made.
Force Majeure
- I agree that Nosara Beach Hotel will not be liable in the event of natural disasters, fires, lockdowns, government orders, or other circumstances beyond our control.
No pets allowed.
