- Cancellation policy is limited to 14 days prior to arrival.
- Early Check In and Check Out are based on availability.

- Smoke is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Charges of $200 will apply to those not complying with this rule.
- In case of an early departure, the full reservation will be charged.
- Privacy is of utmost importance at El Navegante, no use of drones is allowed.
