  • Cancellation policy is limited to 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Early Check In and Check Out are based on availability.
  • All children are specially welcome at El Navegante. 
  • Smoke is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Charges of $200 will apply to those not complying with this rule.
  • In case of an early departure, the full reservation will be charged. 
  • Privacy is of utmost importance at El Navegante, no use of drones is allowed. 
  • No outside guests allowed without authorization. 
  • The Hotel is not responsible for items left unattended or in any case of ‘force-majeure’ (this includes the lockers for storage in Key Room)..
