Welcome to Melody Manor Resort on beautiful Lake George in Bolton Landing, NY. We are a 7 acre property located directly on the shores of Lake George with beautiful mountain views amidst the island scenery of The Narrows and Huddle Bay. Accommodations range from upper lake view rooms with king beds and private balconies with spectacular views to standard rooms and several suites. Our resort offers 300' of lakefront on a private sandy beach. Our guests enjoy free use of available kayaks and paddle boards, swimming pool, new tennis/pickle ball court, bocce, basketball, ping pong, corn hole, badminton and fire pits as well as complimentary coffee/ pastry. Our separate event space is available to rent for small and large parties.
Sorry, we do NOT allow pets. Official certification for service animal must be submitted before reservation can be approved.

Terms and Conditions
Refund of Deposit, less 10% service charge for cancellations 30 days prior to arrival date. For cancellations within 30 days, no refund will be made
Guests are responsible for entire reservation period regardless of arrival or departure date. Refunds cannot be made for late arrivals, early departures or no shows.
NO PETS
We are ADA Compliant for service dogs and request a copy of service authorization for our records.
Damage Policy:
- Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. This includes damages to the room, furniture, appliances, fixtures, or any other hotel-owned items.
- Charges: Once we are aware of the damage, we will assess the situation and determine the cost of repair, replacement or deep clean. The guest will be responsible for covering these expenses.
- Intentional Damage: Intentional damage to hotel property is taken very seriously, and guests found responsible may face additional consequences. This can include legal action, banning from the hotel premises, and being held accountable for the full cost of repairs.
- Children under the age of ten are prohibited from occupying upstairs lakeview rooms with balconies.
We kindly inform you that refunds cannot be issued for cancellations, delays or disruptions caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to power outages, floods and earthquakes.
