1 - Booking and payment
Your reservation must be accompanied by the initial payment of the agreed part of the cost of your stay as a deposit and implies acceptance of these General Conditions. The balance is payable according to the rate chosen.
Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email confirming the details of your stay: booking number, date of arrival and departure, number of guests and rooms, and the amount of your stay.
By confirming the booking and the requested payment the client accepts the cancellation policy. If payment is refused the booking will be cancelled.*All cancellations will be subject to bank charges (especially with non-EU countries).
Your booking is guaranteed until the day of arrival.
Methods of paymentWe accept payment by bank transfer*, debit or credit card, VISA or Mastercard. Card details are required as a guarantee at the time of booking in order for the booking to be considered valid.
VATAll prices quoted on our website or elsewhere for rooms and services at Hostal Aigua Clara include VAT (the general sales tax in Spain). If VAT rates change, we reserve the right to modify our prices accordingly.
ChildrenAccommodation for infants up to 3 years old is free of charge. If you require a baby cot, you must request availability at the time of booking.Children from 4 to 12 years old pay a supplement to the rate (must also be indicated at the time of booking).*Not all rooms are suitable for babies and children.

Arrivals Check IN/A few days before your arrival, you will receive an e-mail requesting an estimate of your arrival time and your personal details in order to speed up the check-in process. Your room will be ready for you from 14:00.If you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage at reception and start enjoying your day at the beach.For arrivals after 23:00 hours, please let us know in advance and we will be happy to wait for you until 1 hour after the arrival of the last ferry *.*You can check the updated ferry timetable at proximoferry.com
Departures Check OUTAs a general rule, departure should be after breakfast (around 11:00).If you wish, we will store your luggage in our reception area and before your departure you can enjoy a refreshing shower in our garden and we will provide you with a towel.Subject to availability, check-in and check-out outside the stipulated times will be permitted. In some cases, an additional fee may be charged on arrival or departure.
