Our cancellation policy is 5 days prior to your arrival date, except during holidays. Cancellations less than 5 days prior to your visit will result in a one night’s room & tax charge. During holiday periods, our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to your arrival.

-Check- In/Out: Warm welcome check in begins at 3pm. A heartfelt goodbye is at 11am.-Early Arrival: Can’t wait for your vacation to start? Arrive as early as 11am on your day of check-in and enjoy the magic water while you wait for your room. All early arrival before 1pm will be charged ½ Day Pass price.
-Hot springs available 24/7. We are a little place, so please keep things nice and chill so everyone can enjoy their stay. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.
-Payment Policy: 1st nights stay required at time of booking. Remaining amount due on day of arrival.
-Resort Fee: $25 per stay.
-Community impact Fee: The Kind Traveler: The Good House proudly donates $2 per night of every guest stay to LGBTQ Community Center of the Desert.
-Events: We love events. Especially when they are held at The Good House. Please contact us directly if you wish to arrange something extra special. email: hello@welcometothegoodhouse.com-Resort Fee: $25 per stay.

-Pet Policy: We love pups! We welcome well behaved pooches under 50lbs. One time pet fee of $50 per stay. In accepting this fee you are accepting full responsibility for any liability arising from your pet (pet damage or personal injury to hotel, hotel staff, guest, third party or property). Please do not leave dogs unattended at any period while on property. Violation of these terms may result in the forfeit of your reservation with no refund. We are a small place and a barking pup left alone in a room not only disrupts our guests, but makes us sad for the dog. Take Fido with you on your hike or out to dinner. After all, they are on vacation too!
-Day Pass: **For non-hotel guest* Outside guests are permitted on property from 11am-5pm daily. Day Pass is $60 per person, per day with limited availability. We require reservations.
-No smoking: We are a smoke-free property. You may smoke outside of The Good House walls. You will be charged a $250 fine for lighting up anywhere on property.
-Massages: Available by request and with 48 hrs notice. Sometimes we can hustle and get you in last minute. We absolutely understand things come up, however, as a courtesy to our hardworking therapists, any spa bookings are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of date of service. -Parking: Ample parking in front of the Good House and in the lot next to the property.
-Damage Policy: Any damage caused to The Good House property, whether accidental or wilful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. We will make every attempt to clean/repair the damage item(s). In the instance of irrecoverable damage, the guest will be charged at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
-Robes: Enjoy the comfort of our light weight waffle kimono bath robes. Two robes are provided in each room for Guest use. Can’t live without them? Our Signature Robes are available for purchase. You can purchase them at the front desk or simply takes yours home! ($75 each robe)
