CANCELATIONS POLICIES:     

- All Cancelations must be notified by Email with aminimum of 3 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation less than 3 days, are subject to 1 (one) night charge.
- On our HolidaySeason (December 18 to January 5), cancelations must be notified in writing, with at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellation less than 30 days, are subject to 2 (two) nights charge. Roomscancel within 10 days and early check out, NO REFUND.
All rooms cancel outside the cancelation grace period, each room is subjectto $35.00 usd administrative fee.

GROUP CANCELATIONS
(a group is considered minimum of 8 rooms)

- All cancelations must be done by writing to the hotel, you must receive acancelation number.
- All rooms cancel within 60 days prior to arrival, are subject to a 2 (two) nights fee penalty.
Rooms cancel within 21 days, no refund and early check out NO REFUND.
- All rooms cancel outside the cancelation grace period, each room is subject to $35.00 usd administrative fee.

* Rates are based ondouble occupancy.          
* Once a reservation is made, a one night deposit is required in order to guarantee the rooms.

* All reservations must be prepaid 7 days prior to arrival.
* Two children under 10years old can share room with their parents at no additional charge in existing beds. Breakfast is not included.
* Cost for extra person$35.00 usd in high season. $15.00usd in low season. 
* Cost for rollaway$25.00 usd in high season. $15.00 usd in low season.
* A 3 (three) nights minimum is required during Holiday Season (December 18 to January 5) and must be fully prepaid 30 days prior to arrival.
* All group reservations must be fully prepaid 60 Days Prior to arrival. 

GENERAL INFORMATION: 
Our Hotel consist of 2buildings: Our Main Buildinghas 12 Pool Suites, 1 two bedroom suite and Honeymoon Suite.
Front Desk, Josephine Chapel,Gardens with over 100 species of plants, 2 Restaurants and SPA.

Our Inn Building is few steps away from our Main Building. Itconsist of 4 junior Suites, 12 Standard room, Garden area and Chimney.

 All refund will be issue within 15 work days after the cancelation has been received in writing. 
- We are a pet friendly Boutique hotel. The fee for small and medium pets is $45.00usd per night, maximum 2 pets per room.
- The fee for a full-size dog is $70.00usd per night, maximum of 1 pet per room.
- All rooms with a pet requires a $100.00usd deposit.
- It is strictly prohibitedto have pets sleep on the beds or any furniture in the rooms.
- The hotel provides drinking water without a charge. 
- IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO SMOKE INSIDE THE ROOMS, a fine will be issue of$100.00 usd. In the event that the client insist to smoke in the room, anadditional $100.00 usd will be charge per day.
