Check-out is at 11 a.m. (Please contact front desk to coordinate any necessary changes to this, if needed)
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason we totally understand. If you cancel before the 24 hour time frame, there will be no charges. However, if you cancel within the 24 hour or don't show there will be a cancellation charge of 100%.
Children & Minors:
We do not accommodate minors travelling alone, anyone under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children 12 and under get to stay for free! (No extra charges will be added on to your reservation. We can also provide cots so you can stretch out)
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the building, the consequences of doing so will lead to a $250 charge. There are several locations outside the building for cigarette disposal. We ask that while smoking outside that you keep at least 5 feet away from doors and intakes.
Pets:
No pets are allowed, this includes any furry, feathered or scaled companions.
Parking and Accessibility:
Free parking is provided in our parking lot out back, There is also a 2 hour street-side parking between 9am and 5pm
We are wheelchair accessible and have an elevator on premises for any mobility concerns.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
