Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Conch Key Fishing Lodge & Marina. Below are hotel policies and procedures; read them carefully. As our hotel guests, by reading and clicking "I agree with the terms and conditions of Conch Key Fishing Lodge & Marina" and/or signing your hotel registration card at check-in, you agree to abide by our hotel policies and procedures.
Booking and Cancellation Policies:

Check-in is at 4pm. Please present your ID card, passport or temporary residence card upon check-in. Must be 21 or older to check in.Check-Out: 11am
Check-out is at 11am. If you require a later check-out, please contact the front office before 10am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.Late Arrivals
Guests arriving late must contact the front office before 8pm in order to make arrangements for access to their unit. The office will be closed at 8pm.Boats and Trailer Storage
- Boat slips require a room reservation and must be reserved before check in. Please call our office to make boat slip reservations.- All boat slips will be assigned prior to arrival according to the size of all boats arriving for the day. You may request a particular slip along with your reservation but please be aware this request cannot always be guaranteed.
- Boat slips are $2.50 per foot per night (plus tax) $50 minimum and will cover boat slip parking and trailer parking. Only one boat per unit is permitted on property.
- Boat ramp fee is $50 (tax included).
- Our boat slips can accommodate up to a 32 ft boat with 12 ft widths, and 4-5 ft depths. We also have a single boat ramp capable of accommodating up to a 32 ft boat.
- Abs- We sell non-ethanol fuel at the ramp (dockage fees may apply).
Pet Policy
A $25 fee per pet per night up to 2 dogs per unit will be charged to the guests reservation. Any evidence of pet(s) on hotel property or in a guest room without front desk knowledge will result in a $150 cleaning fee per day. "Service animals" are allowed free of charge as defined by the federal Americans with Disabilities Act’s (A.D.A.) Service Animal Guidelines.Smoking Policy
The hotel is 100% smoke free. There are smoking areas outside of the buildings. A $150 per day cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside the hotel rooms or with hotel room door left open allowing smoke to enter the unit.Internet Access
Please note standard internet service is complimentary with room purchase and suitable for emailing and social networking. Please note that guest room Wi-Fi is not meant for streaming large media files, watching movies, or gaming.Complaint / Damages Policy
If a complaint occurs due to the negligence of those occupying a guest room, disorderly conduct, unlawful activities, or repeated noise complaints, the offending guests may be evicted and/or receive additional charges to their account. If a guest is evicted, they are not entitled to any refund. If damages occur to the guest room or other areas of the hotel, the cost of the damage will be charged to the credit card registered upon check-in.Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of $100 to cover incidentals and / or damages. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged (we reserve the right to charge the debit / credit card for the full amount of the incidental / damage incurred). Authorized amounts may take up to 7 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and Conch Key Fishing Lodge & Marina will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Parking
Each guest will be given one parking pass per unit at check in, we ask that this parking pass remain on the dashboard of the vehicle at all times during the stay. Parking is prohibited on our beach area or in our trailer storage areas. You will be permitted to have one registered vehicle per room allowed on property. There is no on-site parking provided for unregistered guests or visitors. All visitors or extra guest vehicles must find alternative parking arrangements outside of the hotel property.Fishing
You may fish from our dock, please note all fishing is catch and release only. Be careful with fish carcass disposal directly in the water near the dock, or any areas where others might come across them. Suitable alternatives include bagging and packing out entrails, disposing of them in water at least 25 feet deep, or placing waste inside designated trash cans on property.We ask our guests to please leave all sharks, manatees, stingrays, and other sea creatures that pay us a visit untouched. Guests caught harassing or touching the wildlife will be asked to vacate the premises.
