Terms and Conditions
Reservation Policies
Policies for changes and cancellations of reservations and payment per night that considers a Check-in time at 3:00 p.m. and Check-out at 12:00 p.m. of next day.
1.- Any change or cancellation to your reservation must be requested at least 14 days in advance before the date of arrival at the hotel, providing your confirmation number(s).
2.- In case of canceling nights outside the minimum time, the full charge of the nights canceled before and/or after the original reservation of each affected room will be made.
3. The reservation must be paid for 100% of the entire stay at the time of arrival.
4.- If this is not the case, the hotel will not guarantee any of the reserved nights, as they will be subject to availability.
5.- On the day of arrival, the hotel will pre-verify the equivalent at one night or until 30% of the total amount of your stay, indispensably on a credit card that you must give at check-in to open credit and be able to charge your account for the services offered by the hotel, as well as to guarantee that in the event of any defect or damage to the room or breach of the regulations that you will find in your room, the amount corresponding to that credit can be charged.
6.- In stays for one-night or more, if the guest does not show up at the hotel, the payment made will be applied as a "No Show" charge with no possibility of refund of the rate plus taxes
7.- The rooms are designed for two people, if a third person is required, an extra charge will be made for an additional person.
8.- The maximum capacity of people is three people per studio. The cost for an extra person (after two people) will be the equivalent of USD $150 including taxes per night.
9.-Our hotel is smoke-free, so it is not allowed to smoke in any area of the hotel. In the event that smoking has been detected in the rooms or facilities, a charge will be made for the equivalent of USD $500 including VAT per cleaning and disinfection of the area.
10.-We accept pets of less than 5kg and an additional guarantee of USD $500 including VAT must be left to guarantee compliance with the pet regulations and as a guarantee for the payment of any damage to the room or hotel facilities. Will be a charge for USD $200 including taxes per night.
