Stone Gables is a small boutique hotel located in a historic mansion in the trendy Ohio City neighborhood. Conveniently located, we are within walking distance of many fine restaurants, breweries and the historic West Side Market. At Stone Gables all 5 rooms have private bathrooms, (some with whirlpool tubs). Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property, and Cable is available on all TVs. Stone Gables also has a free private parking lot behind the building for all guests.
Self Check-in: Stone Gables does not have a front desk. Guests pay in advance by credit card and are provided an access code via text and/or email to the building and their room on the morning of their arrival.
Breakfast: Stone Gables converted from a Bed & Breakfast to an Inn in 2020. There are many great local breakfast options very close to us, such as Cleveland Bagel Co, Rising Star Coffee Roasters, Le Petit Triangle Cafe, Juneberry Table, Mom's Family Restaurant, Martha On The Fly, Grumpy's Cafe, or Lucky's Cafe.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Whole House Bookings: 50% deposit required at time of reservation. Reservations must be modified or canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to get a full refund of your deposit. Your credit card will be charged for the remainder of the reservation amount approximately 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-out is 11 a.m. unless other arrangements have been made.
PAYMENT
A credit card is required at time of reservation, however it will not be charged at that time. Your card will be charged for the full amount of the stay plus taxes and a cleaning fee approximately 48 prior to your arrival.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations prior to 2 days (48 hours) before arrival will not be charged a fee. A cancellation less than 48 hours will be charged a one night fee plus tax per room reserved. A no show without notice will be charged for the entire reservation.
BREAKFAST
The Inn no longer provides breakfast. We encourage you to try one of our wonderful local businesses, such as Cleveland Bagel Co, Rising Star Coffee Roasters, Le Petit Triangle Cafe, Juneberry Table, Mom's Family Restaurant, Martha On The Fly, Grumpy's Cafe, or Lucky's Cafe.
SMOKING
We take the risk of fire very seriously. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the porches. Violators will incur a $150 fee plus damages.
INTERNET
Complimentary high-speed wireless internet is available throughout the property.
Unfortunately, Stone Gables is not handicap accessible. There are steps leading to the front and rear doors and either one or two additional flights of stairs to the guest rooms. Please plan accordingly.
LOSS OF MONEY OR VALUABLES
Our guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages.
PARKING
Our parking lot is located behind the building and is complimentary, (one space per room unless other arrangements have been made.) There is also ample street parking.
PETS
Sorry, but we are not equipped to accommodate pets.
CHILDREN
Well behaved children are welcome.
