HEART 6 RANCH IS DEVELOPED NOT AS A GUEST OR DUDE RANCH BUT RATHER FROM THE HISTORY OF THE WILD WEST. THE RANCH GREW OUR OF THE SETTLEMENT OF THE WEST BEGINNING WITH THE FUR TRAPPING TRADE AND GOLD RUSH AND ONLY LATER BECAME THE MODERN DAY GUEST RANCH.
TODAY WE ACCOMMODATE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE PER YEAR ALLOWING THEM TO EXPERIENCE THIS RICH HISTORY.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
All Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit may be moved to another date or activity so long as notice is given in writing 7 days prior to arrival. Failure to cancel in writing 7 days prior to your stay will result in the full charge of the reservation being collected on your credit card There are no exceptions. We recommend travel insurance for emergencies. All activities must also be canceled in writing 7 days prior to the first day of your stay in writing or will be charged at the full rate as we can not rebook these at the last minute.
Terms and Conditions
- Heart 6 Ranch, LLC cancellation policy: Canceling your room 7 days in advance will not result in the loss of your deposit. The deposit will be ported to another stay of your choice or activity of your choice. Canceling within 7 days or failing to show up for a reservation will result in the loss of your deposit and the full charge of the reservation to your credit card. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. If we are able to re-book all hotel accommodations we will refund the money pursuant to management approval. Often times during season the hotel is at 100 percent capacity and this will occur. Please simply contact us and communicate as soon as possible a change in plans so that we may attempt to re-book your accommodations and work with you to mitigate the change in your plans.
- LATE CHECK IN AFTER 10PM WILL INCUR A $25.00 FEE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. We are attempting to maintain a peaceful and quiet atmosphere for all of the guests.

- There are no TV's in the rooms due to the fact that we are so remote that we do not have cable TV. We have Free Internet on the ranch for your convenience and newer iPhones with internet calling will work on the ranch. There are no coffee pots in the rooms. We proudly serve Starbucks in the gift shop.
- Dogs are allowed at $20.00 per night. You are responsible for keeping your dog safe as this is a ranch with other animals. We recommend that you keep your dog on a leash at all times.
