Property and Cancelation Policies :

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 16 days or more before check-in will be allowed to re-schedule their reservation within the following 12 months from the cancellation notice, a $65 processing fee applies to all cancelations or modifications. No re-schedule is possible if the cancellation occurs 15 days or less in advance or on arrival day, or if the client does not show up, or leaves early for any reason.

Rates and Taxes
All rates are expressed in American Dollars - USD. All taxes are included. Staff gratuities are not included. Reservations are confirmed with a 30% downpayment. The balance is due 15 days before arrival. In case of payment in Mexican Pesos - MXN the official exchange rate as published by Banco de México on due day will apply.
