Terms and Conditions
- A first night room and tax deposit will be charged at the time a reservation is made.
- Minimum age to check-in is 21.
- Upon arrival guests are required to present a valid ID and credit card at check-in.
- Cash is not accepted at Pearl Hotel.
- Children age 12 and under stay free of charge with existing beds in guest rooms.
- Luggage storage is available to registered guests.
- Upon check-in, an authorization request will be placed and held until check out. Pearl Hotel reserves the right to charge against this authorization for any additional charges that were not collected at check out or for any damage or missing hotel property.
- After check out, it may take as long as 10 days for the bank to release the hold on the remaining balance.
- Pearl Hotel is a smoke-free facility. We will charge a $250 smoking fee to the guest's credit card on file if violated.
- Guests will be contacted by Pearl Hotel staff if items are left in rooms. Unclaimed property is deemed abandoned and will be discarded after 30 days.
- No pets allowed.
- Pearl Hotel offers paid, self-parking at our nearby designated parking lot at 119 Main Street. A parking pass is required and available for purchase. Please visit the reservations desk upon arrival to purchase a pass as it must be displayed in the dash of your vehicle. Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking rates are subject to change.
- Parking passes are limited to (2) two passes per room for special events.
- No trailers are allowed in the parking lot.
