Property and Cancelation Policies :
Unless booking under a non-refundable rate, or during peak season, cancellations are permitted at no charge up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of scheduled arrival are subject to a cancellation charge of 100%. No-shows would be charged at 100% of the entire reservation rate. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences. Any refunds will be subject to credit card surcharges.
Credit card policy
The original credit card is required to be presented and verified upon check in. Otherwise the villa has the right to refund the prepaid payment from the original credit card and collect another 100% payment from the guest directly. If the credit card holder doesn't stay at the hotel, the prepayment should be made via Bank transfer. Please note that payment must be processed within 48 hours after booking to secure the reservation. If a guest would like to make the payment via this method, please kindly contact the property directly for the payment details.
High Season Policy: Between 1 Dec – 15 May: Any cancellation made within 90 days of the guest arrival dates, including no-shows and early departures, will be charged with a cancellation fee of 100% for the entire stay.
Reservation deposit: A reservation deposit of agreed amount is required upon confirming the reservation. All reservation deposit are non refundable.
BOOKING GUARANTEE FEE: A 100% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirming the reservation. Once the reservation is confirmed it cannot be cancelled and amended. Therefore the BOOKING GUARANTEE FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Guarantee Policy: A valid credit card with number, name of card holder and expiry date is required upon confirmation to guarantee the villa reservations.
Damage Guarantee charge upon check-in: Debit and credit cards will be fully authorised at check-in for the amount of your stay as well as a deposit for possible incidents and damages. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the guests will be charged for their stay and for any damages that may have occurred accordingly. Authorised amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution. Jantra Residence by Chinocollection is not responsible for any additional fees or charges relating to the transactions.

Terms and Conditions
The guest acknowledges that he / she is personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred during their stay at the Villa. The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of all bills has been made. Guests will be held responsible for any lost or damage to Villa property, whether such loss or damage is caused by the guests themselves, or by any person for whom they are responsible.The replacement and / or repair of any lost or damaged Villa property will be charged to the guests responsible for such loss / damage, including an administration fee of 80% of the value of the replacement or repair. The Villa reminds guests to use the safe deposit boxes available. The Villa and its management are not responsible for guests’ personal belongings and valuables.Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed. All guests entering the property must be registered. Any guests who wish to remain overnight will be charged at THB3,000 per night unless otherwise agreed prior to check-in.

Security Deposit Policy
A security deposit of THB10,000 or THB50,000 through a credit card charge or cash deposit (in THB or equivalent in other major currencies) is required upon check-in. The security deposit will be fully refunded within 15 days of departure provided there is no damage, missing items, abnormal cleaning, or other special circumstances. Guests upon check-in agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure that everyone within the guest group adheres to the rules and regulations of the villa. The villa is fully furnished, including a plentiful supply of bed linens and towels for guests' use. Rearranging the furniture or removing items from the villa is strictly prohibited.
Additional House Rule:
- Check-in time is 15:00 hours. Check-out time is 12:00 hours.
- A security deposit of THB50,000 made through a credit card charge or cash deposit (in THB or equivalent in other major currencies) is required upon check-in. The security deposit will be fully refunded within 45 days of departure provided there is no damage, missing items, abnormal cleaning, or other special circumstances. Guests upon check-in agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure that everyone within the guest group adheres to the rules and regulations of the villa. The villa is fully furnished, including a plentiful supply of bed linens and towels for guests’ use. Rearranging the furniture or removing items from the villa is strictly prohibited.
- ChinoCollection and its Management are not responsible for guest’s personal belongings and valuables like money or jewelry.
- Complimentary safe deposit boxes, subject to the terms and conditions for use, are available in the villa.
- The guest acknowledges that he/she is personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred during their stay at ChinoCollection.
- Dogs under 7kg are allowed in the villa but not more than two dogs. Charges apply for dogs staying in the villa.
- All drugs are prohibited.
- For bookings longer than 7 days, guests will need to pay for electricity separately. Internet & water supply are complimentary
- We request guests to voice down at 10:30pm, except during local festivals such as Song Kran Water Festival, which is allowed until 2am. Additional light and sound system installation done by guest will be charged up to THB 7,000.- for event and electricity fees per event. The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of all bills has been made.
- Please note that consumption and storing of durian are not allowed in the property. A cleaning fee of THB3,500 per room will be charged for any durian consumed or stored in the villa.
