Property Information

Owls Landing is the perfect home base from which to explore the treasures of the Teton Valley, Yellowstone National Park and Jackson Hole. It is designed for lovers of fishing, hiking and nature watching to pursue their summer passions. When winter comes, Owls Landing offers unparalleled access to premier resort skiing and cross country skiing, as well as snowmobiling and backcountry high adventure.

Owl's Landing has six bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 guests. The house has two kitchens, dining areas and living rooms. We can accommodate private chef dining/shopping. We have a fun playroom, open dining and an excellent hot tub view. Check out our tour: https://youtu.be/CHlYxT51bHQ

We can accommodate up to six cars in summer parking easily. Winter parking can be more limited depending on local weather conditions. Contact us to discuss larger parking needs and seasonal weather awareness. Winter visitors should rent four- wheel, SUV vehicles where possible. Especially in February!

Full Charge - Full Deposit - If canceled within 2 days of arrival

Partial Charge - 50% of Deposit - If canceled within 60 days of arrival

Terms and Conditions

Total rental fee: (nightly rate x number of nights) + cleaning fee + (Driggs Room Occupancy tax @ 6%, Idaho Sales & Use Tax @ 6%, Idaho Travel & Convention Tax @ 2%) = Total rental fee
-Deposit 50% due on booking, 50% balance due 14 days prior to check in date
-Smoking is NOT allowed in the house in any room

-People other than those in the Guest Party set forth above may not stay overnight in the

property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.

-All doors should be shut and locked by turning the lock knob to the left whenever leaving the house.

-Home and property are privately owned; the owner(s) are not responsible for any accidents,

injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not

responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this

reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from

their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

-Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Any and all damage caused by Rental Party

is to be taken from the security deposit. If the security deposit does not cover the total cost of

damages, the Rental Party is responsible for making payment for the difference.

-PROPERTY IS NOT AN EVENT SPACE. ANYTHING OVER 20 PEOPLE NEEDS TO

BE APPROVED. ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE ADDED.
-Bathroom towels from are not permitted to be taken to the beach.

-Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any and/or all improper purposes nor permit any

disturbances to the surrounding inhabitants, neighbors, or nature areas.
