Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. Your credit card will be charged within 2 days after your stay. All guests must be 18 years or older for guestroom accommodation and are required to present a valid photo ID at check-in for age verification. Please take note of the following information: Check-in time is strictly at 4 PM local time. Room keys will be available in a black box at the door of your room, provided that your credit card is on file, or the reservation is paid for in full. In the case of late or contactless check-in, it is important to complete our Digital Registration, which will be sent to you via email a few days prior to your stay. Once this is done, the key box code will be emailed to you no later than 3 PM on the day of your arrival.

Please remember the following check-out instructions:
- Leave keys in the key box and inform the front desk when you have checked out.
- Check-out time is 11 AM local time.
- Late check-out may be requested but is subject to availability.
- Please note that a detailed inspection will be conducted after check-out, and charges may apply for any damage or breakages found.

"The cancellation policy is as follows: Reservations are fully refundable 48 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations made 24 hours before check-in will incur a partial room fee. Any cancellations after 3 pm the day before check-in will not be refunded and will be charged in full."

"Under no circumstances are fish permitted in the rooms. We provide daily freezer rentals for $5. Any fish processed in our accommodations will result in a $300 Fish Cleaning Fee."

“Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms at Hacas Inn, Awis Guesthouse, and Upnit Lodge. Designated smoking areas are provided around our buildings. This policy applies to all traditional and electronic smoking methods. Any violation will result in a $300 room cleaning fee.”

“A max of 2 pets per room. There's a nightly charge of $25 plus taxes for daily cleaning services, and you are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Ensure you dispose of their waste properly, keep them on a leash when outside, and do not leave them unattended in rooms.

While we want you to have an exciting time here, please be aware that any property damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. When booking, make sure to keep maximum occupancy rules in mind and discuss the best choice for your number of guests with our front desk staff.

"For safety, never leave burners unattended. Avoid strong-smelling ingredients to prevent lingering odors that could result in room closure and a cleaning fee of up to $100. No BBQs on balconies; please use our designated BBQ area."

"Please Park one vehicle per room. The hotel does not take responsibility for any damage, accidents, or loss to your vehicle or personal property."

Room refreshments will not be offered during stays. Should you need fresh towels or linen, please call or visit the front desk.
