If you plan to arrive later than 2:00 PM, please advice accordingly. A valid form of identification for each guest is required upon arrival. Only guests indicated in the booking confirmation will be allowed to stay at the Hostel. The Hostel reserves all rights to refuse access to any guests who are not listed in the booking confirmation. A security deposit of PHP2000/room for private room, PHP500/person for shared room, will be collected upon check-in. Room keycard and AC remote will be endorsed to guests.
The security deposit will be returned once guests are cleared for check-out. A corresponding amount will be charged for losing or failing to return endorsed items in good condition. Reception area is available 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Departure Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests who plan for late departure should inform the front desk by 10:00 AM on or before the check-out date to check room availability. Late check-out will be charged as follows:

Lost and Found Lost valuable items will be kept for 60 days, while lost non-valuable items will only be kept for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be donated to charitable institutions.
Parking Complimentary on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Smoking The Hostel is a smoke-free hostel. All kinds of smoking devices are not permitted in the rooms and public areas, guests can go to designated areas such as the roof deck and parking area to smoke. Fire Alarm trigger will incur PHP 3000 penalty. Smoking within the premises will incur PHP 5000 penalty. Illicit Drugs The Hostel has a zero-tolerance regarding the use of illicit drugs in the premises. Violators will be asked to leave the hostel, if persistent, they will be reported to relevant local authorities. Disturbance Noise at common areas should be minimal at all times. Any guest who causes any disturbances or refuses to follow the policies and guidelines of the hostel, will be warned. Should the situation persist, the guest will be asked to leave the premises without a refund, local authorities will be contacted for reinforcement.
Damages Any damage to hotel property including but not limited to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, equipment, mattresses, and beddings, and tampering of fire detection systems and fire-fighting equipment, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guests. Any costs associated with the repairs or replacement will be charged to the guests. In extreme cases, charges will be pursued. Internet Complimentary wireless internet service (up to 600mbps) is offered to all guests in the hostel. Note that unforeseen internet connection outage is beyond the control of the management. Pantry Guests can use the microwave, toaster, and hot&cold-water dispenser in the pantry (Bring Your Own Bottle). Clean-As-You-Go etiquette should be practiced at all times.
Guests staying long-term may use the kitchen to prepare and cook their food. Force Majeure Event of “Force Majeure" means an event beyond the control of the Hostel, which prevents it from complying with any of its obligations, including but not limited to act of God, war or hostilities, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military power or civil war, riot, commotion, or strikes, acts or threats of terrorism. The Hostel will not be liable for booking conditions it could not be fulfilled or pay any compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by events beyond its control.
