Property Information

Combining Victorian elegance with modern amenities and nestled into a beautifully landscaped campus Carondelet Event Center offers a unique and charming space for your over night stay. With spacious, and affordable guest rooms for up to 32 guests with dormitory style accomodotions with excellent service by people who care. Building is staffed during our regular business hours, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm.

Things to know about Guest Room accommodations:

All reservations must be paid in full, including tax, to confirm your reservation. You will be redirected to the payment page once you make your reservation, please pay mind to the total due including taxes when submitting your . With taxes the rooms are $45.15 per person per night.
Each room features two single beds and a desk.
A women’s restroom with shower stalls is located at the end of the hall on the 3rd floor.
A Male's restroom with shower is located at the opposite end of the hall from the female showers on the 3rd floor
A Unisex restroom is located at the opposite end of the hall from the guest rooms on the 2nd floor.
A small kitchen on the third floor features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher, along with a small kitchen table. Dishes and utensils are provided.
Linens and towels are provided.
Free parking
All rooms have wireless access.

• The check-in times are 12pm - 3pm. Unless other arrangements have been made.

• We will make every effort to accommodate specific room requests, however we reserve the right to move you to another room prior to you checking in, if needed.

• Guests are given a key upon registration at the reception and are kindly asked to always keep the card with them, to avoid getting locked out of your room.

• Check-in must be done by the registered guest.

• Guests are required to return their keys upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key, they are obligated to pay for the replacement of the key.

• All reservations must be paid in full including tax; 72 hours before the reservation start date.

• If Carondelet Event Center confirms a reservation by any method (telephone, email message, online booking system or other method) the confirmation is conditional on the Guest supplying valid payment.

• We welcome children; however, you must be 21 years old to rent a guest room and those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

• No animals are allowed except for Service Animals. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, therapy animals and pets are not allowed.

• Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please be mindful of neighbors and guests and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No unregistered visitors are allowed during these hours.
