Please note, guests, events, groups, and persons that are on the property of The Last Hotel, St. Louis Missouri, are required to follow all of the rules, procedures and polices stated below. If the rules, procedures, and polices are not followed or broken, guests, persons and or groups will suffer the penalties stated in this agreement and or asked to leave the establishment and property. By signing this agreement guests, groups, and persons are contractually obligated to follow the rules, procedures, and polices below.
Guest Check-In Procedures and Polices
Guest check in is at 3 pm. Guest check out is at 11 am. Guests must be 21 and older to check-in. A valid State or Military ID that matches the name on the credit card must be used for payment at the time of check-in. If the room is paid for by someone else, the hotel will require the person agreeing to pay for the room to complete a credit card authorization form before guest is checked into the room.Security Deposit:
Upon arrival and check-in, a security deposit of 200 USD will be held on the credit card that is used to make a reservation for rooms excluding the Presidential and Governors Suite. A security deposit of 400 USD will be held on the credit card that is used to make a reservation for the Presidential and Governors suite.Guest Room Polices
Pets: The Last Hotel is a traditional pet friendly hotel. Dogs and cats are allowed to stay with guests in their room. The hotel pet fee is 100 USD per pet. All pet-friendly rooms are located on the second floor. Rollaway beds: Subject to availability and room type for an additional fee of 50 USD per night.

Smoking: The Last Hotel guest rooms and overall property (including outside property) are 100% smoking free. This includes but not limited to, any tobacco smoking products, vaping smoking products, and marijuana smoking products. Subject to incidental fees will be applied.
Hours: Pool and rooftop is open from 10am to 7pm. Guests who want an early access (before room check in) or late access (after check out) must purchase a pass for 65 USD.All persons must wear a wristband to enter the rooftop area. All registered overnight guests will receive one wristband per person.
Be Respectful: The rooftop and pool are a shared hotel space. Please be respectful of all guests that are sharing the space. Please be advised of the rooftop bar and pool rules posted on the door of the entrance to the area. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable while enjoying their stay.
Resort Access: Persons who are not guests of the hotel may purchase a resort pass at resortpass.com during the week. This will grant the user access to use the hotel’s rooftop and pool. This feature is not available during the weekend or holidays. Limited space and capacity restrict the resort passes tickets to a first come first serve basis. Resort passes are required for each person.Valet Parking is available at the hotel at35 USD per vehicle and per night with no in/out privileges. If a guest or persons would like in and out privileges the cost is 50 USD. Guests and persons can always add these options after check-in.
Package Handling: Should you wish to have anything shipped to the hotel, we charge a small handling fee of 10 USD per package.
No Outside Food or Drinks: No persons, guests, or groups are allowed to bring outside food or beverages into the hotel in any circumstances, this includes alcoholic beverages.
No Drugs or Weapons: No persons, guests, or groups are allowed to bring illegal drugs or unauthorized weapons on the property of The Last Hotel. Any persons, guests, or groups that are on the property of The Last Hotel with ilegal drugs or unauthorized weapons will be immediately removed from the property and be reported to law enforcement, Metro St. Louis Police.
No Third-Party Business: No persons, guests, or groups, are allowed to solicit outside business, sexual, or religious relationships or services to anyone on or in the property of The Last Hotel. Removal of all persons, guests, or groups that solicit any illegal business, sexual, or religious relationships or services will be immediately reported to law enforcement, Metro St. Louis Police.
Group cancellation policies: All guests that are at the hotel with a contracted event or room block are required to follow the cutoff date of the reservation. If the reservation needs altering after the contracted cutoff date, the current rates of The Last Hotel will be applied to any guests wanting to add or extend their stay with the hotel. If guests want to shorten their stay, depending on the specific contract, rates and fees may apply.
In event of breech signed agreement and polices Any guest, persons, or groups that fail to adhere to these policies, procedures and rules will result in a minimum charge of 200 USD plus taxes. Groups, persons, and non-guests of the hotel will result in fees to be determined with the amount of damage that is caused to the hotel, guests, or persons.
Contractual Agreement By making this reservation I acknowledge that I have read and agree to adhere to the rules, policies, and procedures that The Last Hotel has presented above. If I breech this agreement with The Last Hotel, in any form, I understand the consequences that will follow stated in this document will be implemented by The Last Hotel.
