Property and Cancelation Policies :
Any cancellations or changes to an existing reservation must be requested with more than 7 days prior/before to the arrival dates at the hostel. Failure to change or cancel in the time mentioned above will result in a charge of the full room and tax to the credit card guaranteeing in the reservation. Credit Card provided will be pre-approved with a 1-night authorization hold to guarantee the reservation. If this card is not authorized, the reservation will be subject to availability and in case of high occupancy any non-guaranteed reservation will be automatically canceled. Full payment of the reservation will be processed seven (7) days prior arrival date.
NO SHOW POLICY
In stays of more than one night if the guest does not show up and does not send a communication via email the reservation will be declared no show with a non-refundable policy.

There are no refunds for any reason. Therefore, we strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance travel insurance from providers such as as www.InsureMyTrip.com, to protect your trip from unforeseen contingencies, including bad weather, illness, including Pandemics, Covid or job-related delays, natural disasters, including hurricanes, earthquakes or any other travel warnings.

Prices and Taxes:
Rates are subject to change and availability, based on date and time of the reservation. There is a mandatory 9% Government Tax for each reservation, and $5.00 Hotel Service fee not included on base rates.
Guarantee Policy:
All reservations require a valid credit card with expiry date at time of booking in order to pre-authorize and guarantee the reservation.
Payments:
Payments can be done directly using VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS. Also guests may be able to pay at the hotel with CASH.

We will use your personal information including telephone number and email to send information related to your stay. This communication will start once a confirmed reservation has been received.
Check-In:
Guest must be at least 18+ years old in order to check-in. Guest must present a country/state issued identification card such as: Driver's License or Passport. Card Holder must be present upon Check-InIncidentals deposit of $75 is authorized on credit card provided upon check-in.Children 10 and under stay free of charge. Extra person fee: $10.90 per person per night.
Pets:
No pets allowed in the property.
Room policy:
All of the rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the room will lead to a fine of $250.00 Any damages in the room in regards equipment, linens or towels will be charged starting at $35.00.Guests are hereby notified that the Hotel will not be responsible for valuables, money, jewelry, clothing, etc.
