Property and Cancelation Policies :
-All cancellations are charged the first night plus taxes and fees (No exceptions.)
-Standard rate cancellations are subject to full penalty of reservation without a 72 hours cancellation notice.
-Special event cancellations are subject to full penalty of reservation without a 30 day cancellation notice.
-Modifications to reduce a current reservation are subject to full penalty of the reservation.
(Special events include but not limited to: College football games, Marathons, Special events for Magnolia and Baylor, BSR competitions, etc)-Modifications to reduce a current reservation are subject to full penalty of the reservation.
These cancellation policies are in effect even in cases of natural disasters and/or global pandemics.
Terms and Conditions
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
- Check-in time: 4:00-10:00 p.m. We’ll be ready for you.
- Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. Seize the day, friend!
When you make a reservation, you are booking a condo type (not a specific condo). All the condos are of similar size and equipment, however, interior design can be different. Please note, your booking has not been made or verified until you receive a confirmation email from us.
RATES
Our rates include State Tax 6%, County Tax 2% & City Tax 7% and a cleaning fee of $60.
Base rate includes 2 guests and additional guests will be $20/night/person. Rates and extra person pricing may differ due to events and/or holidays.
Additional guests added after your reservation is confirmed are subject to an additional daily fee. All condos have a maximum occupancy restrictions.
Kids under 1 year stay for free (max 2 kids per reservation).
PETS
Are we pet friendly? You bet! A maximum of two pets are allowed per condo. We have a limited amount of condos available for pet stays. Please check with us before booking to verify we have a condo available for your dates. We charge a fee of $50/condo for pets. Please make sure your furry friends do their business in the designated area and stay on a leash when outside the room. Should your furry friend shed a great amount or have a potty accident in the room, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file in the amount of $60. Should your pet cause property or item damage, an incidental fee will be charged at market value to your credit card on file.
PARKING POLICY
By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so on your own accord. The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.
ACCESSIBILITY or SPECIAL NEEDS
Each condo has a set of stairs to the 2nd floor where the bedrooms are located. We are not handicap accessible.
SMOKING
All of our condos are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside only. Smoking of any type (cigarette, vape, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside any of the condos at all times. This applies to registered guests, visitors, contractors, and employees. If it is evident smoking of any type occurred inside the condo, an additional fee of $250 will be charged.
QUIET TIME
Please be respectful to our units and to your neighbors. No loud partying. "Quiet Time" after 11:00 PM. Please alert owner or manager directly if other guests are in violation.
No Parties of any kind are allowed.
