- Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Payment and Cancellation Policy:
- Full payment is required prior to check-in if direct via our booking engine. For reservations made via Booking, we charge upon check-in. For reservations made via Airbnb, they are automatically processed by Airbnb so we do not collect payment at the property.
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 10 and 7 days before arrival date will be charged 50% of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged the full amount. This applies to any modifications that represent a shortening of the length of stay.
- Occupancy and Age Restrictions:
- Room occupancy is limited to the maximum capacity specified for each room.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in unless accompanied by an adult.
- Beach Access and Amenities:
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings when using the beach.
- The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
- The pool is open for usage between 06:00AM & 10:00PM.
- Restaurant Policies:
- The restaurant operates during specified hours; guests are encouraged to make reservations.
- Special dietary requests can be accommodated with prior notice.
- Noise and Disturbance:
- Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Pets and Smoking:
- No pets are allowed on the premises.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are provided.
- Damages and Liability:
- Guests are responsible for any damages to hotel property caused during their stay.
- The hotel is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur on the premises.

- Photoshoots:
- Professional shoots are not allowed at the premises unless previously & specifically booked with the property
- Force Majeure:
