- 100% Refund: Guests can receive a full refund of their booking amount if they decide to cancel their reservation before 30 days from the scheduled check-in date, otherwise, no refund. We believe in accommodating changes in plans whenever possible.

We appreciate you choosing our property for your stay and want to ensureyou have a comfortable and safe experience. To ensure a pleasant experience forall guests, please adhere to the following house rules:
- For early check in and late check out requests: please inform us inadvance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- No Pets Allowed: To ensure the comfort andcleanliness of our Villas for all guests, we have a strict no-pets policy. Wekindly ask that you refrain from bringing any pets into the property.
- No smoking: No smoking Smoking, which includes the use of cigarettes, tobacco, or any hallucinogenic substances, is strictly prohibited within the Villa premises. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a daily penalty of $500 USD for each day smoking occurs inside the villa premises. This amount will be either deducted from the security deposit or charged to the registered credit card.
- Noise and tranquility: Please respect designatedquiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Any repeatedviolation of this policy may result in the early termination of the reservationwithout a refund.
- No parties or events: To maintain a peaceful andenjoyable environment for all our guests, parties and events are not permittedin our Villas. We ask that you respect this policy to ensure a pleasant stayfor everyone.
- Property care: Guests are expected totreat the property with respect and care. Any intentional or negligent damagewill be assessed, and the repair cost will be deducted from the securitydeposit.
- Compliance with local regulations: Guestsmust comply with all local laws and regulations, including those related tohealth, safety, and the environment.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Payments:
- Reservations Received Over 59 Days Prior to Arrival Date: For reservations received more than 59 daysprior to the arrival date, a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount willbe charged upon booking. The remaining 50% will be charged 59 days prior to thearrival date.
- Reservations Received 59 Days or Less Prior to Arrival Date: For reservations received with 59 days orless until the arrival date, the full payment of the stay is due upon bookingWe accept payments via bank transfer and PayPal toincrease security and prevent credit card fraud. If you prefer to pay by banktransfer, please email us at accounting@longbaybeach.com.
Accepted payment methods:
- To make your payment, we accept bank transfers, PayPal, and debit or credit cards (Amex, Mastercard, and Visa). Once your reservation is made, our team will reach out to you to guide you through the payment process using your preferred method.
- Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed once we receive full payment for the total number of nights booked.
- Payments must be made in US dollars.
- Upon receiving the email with all the payment instructions, you will have 24 hours to complete the transfer and send the payment confirmation to reservations@longbaybeach.com. Once the payment is verified, we will send you a confirmation email.
- A charge of $1,000 USD will be added to the first deposit as a refundable security deposit. If no damages are found on the property within 48 hours of checkout, this amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the initial payment.

RESERVATION AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: ·
- We recommend a rental car for transportation on this small Island.
- The villa boasts theconvenience of a villa attendant available Monday through Saturday, dedicating3-4 hours each day to your service needs. This service includes daily lighthousekeeping, bed and room preparation, towel replenishment, kitchen cleaning,and, in the middle of the week, fresh linens are provided (on demand, includedin the price).
- We highly recommend hiring a travel insurance for all reservations.
Acceptance of the reservation implies acknowledgment and agreement withthese policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaininga pleasant and safe environment for all our guests.
