Al Moudira is an oasis on the west bank of the Nile in Luxor, near the UNESCO World Heritage site of ancient Thebes and the Valley of the Kings. Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival date, until 15 days before 25% of the room rate and thereafter 50% of the room rate for the entire stay will be charged and deducted from the down payment.

Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival date, until 30 days before 25% of the room rate and thereafter 50% of the room rate for the entire stay will be charged and deducted from the down payment.
Peak season / 22.12 - 3.1 & Easter (from Monday till Monday after Easter Sunday)
Free cancellation up to 90 days prior to arrival date, until 45 days before 25% of the room rate and thereafter 50% of the room rate for the entire stay will be charged and deducted from the down payment.

Payment & confirming your stay:
By submitting this form, you agree that we will charge 50% of the total amount to your credit card to confirm your booking.
Reservations:
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed, and the room may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card within 01 day after we have confirmed your reservation. The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the pre-payment deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking.
Check-in& Check-out times
Standard check-in time is 15:00 hrs. Standard check-out time is at 12.00 noon. We offer late check-out upon availability against a fee of 80 USD. Early check in is free of charge as of 9:00 am if availability permits. Early check in before 9 am is against a fee of 80 USD and only if availability permits.
For early check in before 6 am you must change the arrival date to the day before.
Family plan – Extra beds and baby cods
Children from 0 – 2 years are free – baby cod is provided for. Extra bed for children 3 – 15 years pay 50 USD supplement. Extra beds for adults, as of 16 years of age pay a supplement of 100 USD.
Guest safety policy
As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from. Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while using the gym/fitness center facilities, where available. If you use the gym/fitness center facilities, you do so at your own risk.
