Property and Cancelation Policies :

Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy*. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of the deposit minus a $50.00 cancellation fee per room. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date. Any room night cancellations or shortening the length of stay within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiting the deposit for those nights. For cancelled reservations that are eligible for a refund, please bear in mind that processing may take 5-10 business days.

*We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to ensure that your deposit is not jeopardized due to unforeseen circumstances such as a medical emergency or travel interruption caused by weather or mechanical issues.
