Wiggins Pass Chalet is focused on personalized, luxury living. Our staff strives to provide a very high level of personalized service to make your stay unique depending on whatever your needs are.

The brand-new Wiggins Pass Chalet is a luxurious, boutique hotel in North Naples. We recently underwent a complete renovation of the property, updating the building, suites, and landscaping. The renovation was focused on the modernization of all guest spaces with redesigned suites and additional amenities for typical Naples luxury-living. We offer 14 extended-stay suites for a spacious and private residential ambiance in a beautiful tropical setting. Each newly renovated suite was upgraded with a modern, fully-appointed kitchen, plush bedroom with all king-sized beds, private screened balcony, and a spacious, elegant living room and dining area. All of these modern suites were updated with keyless entry, allowing the potential for guests to check themselves in at their leisure.

Free cancellation up to 7 days in advance of arrival.  First night plus taxes is collected if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.  Full booking amount is collected for a No-Show.
Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS
Reservations should be made, modified, or cancelled, through our website (www.wigginspasschalet.com), our telephone number(239.450.6894), or the front desk.
Wiggins Pass Chalet has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive there-payment deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation immediately after cancelling your booking.
Guests must be 21 years or older with valid photo ID matching the name on the reservation to book a room.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN -Guests may check-in AFTER 4PM EST on stated arrival/check-in date and BEFORE 8AM the next morning. Early check-in is not guaranteed but can be requested.
CHECK-OUT -Guests must check-out BEFORE 11AM on stated departure/check-out date. Failure to properly leave the room by stated time may result in a late check-out fee. Late check-outs cannot be guaranteed but may be requested. The balance of the guest’s full invoice is due at check-out.
Please note that a detailed inspection of the room will be made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room is occupied again.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Full payment for invoice is required at check-out, without exception. A deposit of the first night's rate is due upon reservation. Credit Card pre-authorizations will occur daily during your stay for the following night's room rate.

  • CASH (US Dollars) - Nearly all of our locations allow guests to pay for stays with cash. Most require cash-paying guests to provide a valid credit card or cash amount as a deposit/for incidental charges.
  • CREDIT/DEBIT CARD (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa) – Reservations are only "confirmed" when a valid credit card number is provided during the booking process. The name on the card must match the registered/checking-in guest name.
MODIFYING AND CANCELLINGRESERVATIONS
Reservations made at our front desks, with our telephone number, or on our website maybe modified or cancelled by any of those three options—free of charge—if completed 7 days prior to check-in. After the stated deadline for changes/cancellations - a fee equal to one night's room rate (plus applicable taxes and fees) will be charged as part of updating the reservation. Guests who fail to contact or arrive at the front desk by 8 AM (front desk time) the morning after stated check-in date will be charged the full price of their reservation.

EXTENDING GUEST STAYS

Current guests must formally reserve/extend their stay as soon as possible. Room availability, including specific/currently occupied rooms, cannot be otherwise guaranteed, and should not be presumed. Other guests with confirmed reservations will supersede assumed extensions. All terms, conditions, and payment requirements apply for all extended stays. Rates and fees are subject to change at each renewal. Check-in and check-out times and fees apply to extending guests unless reservations are formally extended prior to anticipated check-out time. The hotel manager is extended the right to deny guest extension requests to any guest for any reason.  

ROOM CLEANING POLICY

Wiggins Pass Chalet offers room cleaning during stay. Please contact the front desk if interested in this service, and we will schedule it for you!

ROOM OCCUPANCY LIMITS

Maximum occupancy - adults and children – vary by room type and are strictly enforced. At least one, registered, adult guest (21+) is required per room. Parties of five-or-more must have two rooms, without exception (unless stated room occupancy says otherwise). Violation of occupancy limits will result in early departure without refund.
  • ONE-BED STUDIO – Two Guests
  • ONE-BED SUITE  with SOFA or COUCH - Three Guests
  • ONE-BED SUITE with SLEEPER SOFA - Four Guests
Children and infants are allowed up to the room occupancy limits above. However, the Hotel does charge an additional $10 per night for accommodations for children and infants. 

PARKING LIABILITY
The hotel offers free, on-site parking to all guests of the Hotel. However, the Hotel shall not be liable for the custody of the vehicle of the Guest when the Guest utilizes the parking lot of the Hotel, as the Hotel only provides the space for parking and cannot be held responsible for management of the vehicle, whether the key of the vehicle has been deposited to the Hotel or not.

LIABILITY OF THE GUEST

The Guest shall compensate the Hotel for any damage caused due to intent or negligence on part of the Guest

GUEST POLICIES

As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from. The hotel allows guests, with permission, to receive occasional packages and special deliveries at the property. We are not responsible for the packages or their contents or the storage of them.

SMOKING POLICY

Wiggins Pass Chalet is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes, e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a $250 fine.

PET POLICY

We do not allow pets on the property unless they are a service animal.

ROOM DAMAGE POLICY

We want you to have a great time while you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of “you break it, you buy it” and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. This includes towels and bed linens, as these are not gifts and should remain in the room.
Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges.

KITCHEN POLICY

Please practice safe cooking habits and do not leave burners or oven on unattended.
Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. Lingering smells that require room closure and deep cleans will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $100.

ADA POLICY

Wiggins Pass Chalet DOES NOT have an ADA compliant room. However, we offer a public ADA compliant bathroom as well as an “ADA FRIENDLY” room. This room has wheelchair accessible sinks, cabinets, and dishwasher, as well as grab bars for both toilet and shower. However, the shower has a lip that will not allow a wheelchair to roll into the shower. If interested in this ADA friendly room, please let our staff know at the time of booking.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Guests will be immediately ejected from the Hotel for the following actions:
  • Smoking anywhere on the premises
  • Being involved in any police matter unless the matter arises through no fault of your own or due to circumstances beyond your control
  • Possessing or using any illegal substances, including drugs
  • Possessing an unauthorized weapon or firearm including any concealed or open carry weapons regardless of license
  • Violating the hotel’s Service Animal and/or Pet Policy
  • Tampering with or removing window stops, smoke detectors and other safety measures
  • Leaving room or common area windows or doors unlocked or open
  • Welcoming guests who fail to follow these Rules and Policies. An invitee’s violation of these Guest Rules may result in both the invitee and guest being asked to leave the property
  • Soliciting or loitering of any kind, anywhere on the property
  • Parking utility trailers, oversized vehicles and inoperative vehicles on the property
  • Parking in unauthorized areas
  • Washing, repairing, modifying, advertising the sale of or storing vehicles on the property (said vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense)
  • Being outside your room without being fully clothed, including shirt and shoes
  • Creating fire hazards on-premises
  • Displaying items including signage, lighting, clothing, etc., outside your room
  • Leaving minors unattended anywhere on property, including in your room
  • Causing disruptions, including the use of car horns, in the parking lot
  • Damaging or destroying hotel property and facilities anywhere on the property
  • Disrupting other guests with loud noise, TV, music, disorderly conduct or large groups
  • Feeding stray animals on the property or keeping animals inside parked vehicles
  • Leaving trash or personal items in common spaces or unauthorized areas
  • Creating or staying in unsanitary conditions (trash, odors, dirty dishes, filth, etc.)
  • Using the "Wiggins Pass Chalet" name and/or contact information for any personal or commercial purpose including ongoing mail service, including social media, Craigslist or other internet posts
  • Engaging in any activity, including social media, Craigslist, or other internet posts that might jeopardize the safety and relative privacy of any Wiggins Pass Chalet guest or employee
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAWS
Any disputes regarding the accommodation contract between the hotel and the guest shall be resolved in the summary or district court having jurisdiction over the Wiggins Pass Chalet location and in accordance with US law.
