Reservations
In order to make a reservation, you must complete the Reservation Form on our booking system and provide your credit card details. All foreign currencies will automatically be converted to American dollar USD. Due to high levels of bookings at certain times of the year, we cannot guarantee that every booking will be successful, so it is advisable to book as far in advance as possible.
Payment Policy
The total amount payable for your accommodation at Kasai Village Dive Resort (including applicable taxes and service charges) will be charged to your credit card at the time of confirming your reservation, whether through our reservations system or an external one, including online booking sites.
Cancellation PolicyAll cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations within 30 days of the arrival date will not receive any refund, cancellations received outside of 30 days will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
Responsibility
Kasai Village Dive Resort cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to any property, personal items or equipment belonging to guests during their stay with us, including during any activities or excursions you may be involved in around the resort. We also cannot accept responsibility for any delays, expenses or inconveniences caused by events we cannot control, such as the late arrival of international or domestic flights, fires, floods, severe weather, civil disturbances, acts of God, acts of Government or the failure of any kind of equipment or machinery.

All Kasai Village Dive Resort prices are inclusive of local and government taxes.
Scuba Diving NoteAll our guests must book their diving with Kasai Village. If guests book their diving through another dive operator there will be a surcharge fee added to the room bill of $70 per person per day.
