Terms and Conditions
You agree to be bound by the standard terms and conditions and by any other policies, terms and conditions that may apply when reserving and booking your accommodation with Ora Beach Resort. By making reservations with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by all house rules, regulations, disclaimers, waivers of liability, and policies as prescribed by Ora Beach Resort from time to time.
Reservations
Guests may only make reservations for themselves. Reservations may not be used for the purpose of reselling, posting, advertising, or marketing reservations to third parties such as online agents, third-party websites, or travel agents without accreditation from Ora Beach Resort Management.

Check In
Standard check in time is 3PM. Please keep in mind that early check in is subject to availability of the room. Check ins before 12nn will incur an additional charge of 50% of the first night's rate. There is no additional charge after checking in after 12nn.
We reserve the right to require proper proof of identity and proof of reservation from all guests upon checking in. If the identity does not match with the person mentioned in the reservation, or if the reference number or booking ID number does not match your reservation, Ora Beach Resort has the absolute discretion to refuse to check in the person or group of persons. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, and report to proper authorities at our sole discretion any reservations that have been made in breach of the Terms and Conditions or for false, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
Children
Children ages 11 years old and below may share the bed with their guardians. A charge of P400 will reflect on the guest account for the child's breakfast per day (8-11 years old). Children ages 7 and below have free breakfast.
Extra Bed
If an additional bed is needed, there will be an additional fee per night of stay. This will include breakfast and use of hotel facilities.
Check Out
Standard check out time is 12NN. We require full payment of guest account upon check out. Late check outs will incur an additional charge of P1,000 per hour after 1PM. Late check out between 3PM -6PM will incur a charge of 50% of one night stay. Late check out after 6PM will be charged a night’s stay.
Guests account may be settled through cash or credit card. Checks will not be accepted. Please be advised that when paying with a credit card, it is best to settle your account the night before check out. Afterwards, any additional incidental charges may be paid by cash. Third Party services (tours, van transfers, motorbike rentals, or others) will incur an additional 3% for bank charges if paying with a credit card.
Non-Smoking Policy
All our guest rooms have a non-smoking policy. Should there be any traces of smoking inside the room, guests will be charged a penalty of P4,000 in their account. We request our guests to take advantage of our designated smoking areas. This will allow for a comfortable and safe environment for all our guests.
Prices and Taxes
Accommodation and restaurant rates are inclusive of 12% VAT and other government taxes. Restaurant charges will incur an additional 10% service charge.
Damages
Guests are liable for any damages in hotel property. Penalties will be reflected in the guest's account. The resort is not liable for any risks, loss, or damages of guests' personal property during their stay.
Cancellation
Please be advised that cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made in 29 days or less prior to arrival date (including no show) will be subject to a charge of 100%.
Rebooking
Rebooking is subject to availability and may be made 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Rescheduling is valid only once. Rescheduling should be booked within one year from original arrival date. Charges will be incurred if rescheduling is done in less than 30 days. The first night will be charged if rescheduling is done 15-29 days from arrival date. If done in less than 15 days of arrival, it will be subject to a charge of 100%.
Third-Party Services
Airport transfers, island hopping tours, massages and other third-party services are booked with third-party agencies on behalf of our guests. Guest information will be required when booking. Ora Beach Resort will not be liable for any risks, injuries, loss or damages incurred when availing these services.
Anti-Bribery and Corruption
We strictly prohibit any form of bribery or corruption within the company. Employees are prohibited to offer, give, request, or receive money, gifts, favors, or other benefits from our guests that may constitute bribery or raise suspicions about integrity issues.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and keep us indemnified from and against any liability, loss, claim, dispute, demand, damage or cost (including without limitation legal fees) which arises out of or is caused by your breach of the Terms and Conditions. Ora Beach Resort reserves the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations and/or improvements to information displayed or otherwise provided, at any time without notice, including confirmed reservations based on such inaccuracies, errors or mistakes in the information provided or displayed.
