Prices and Taxes

All rates are quoted in USD and are subject to applicable state and local taxes. Prices may vary by season and are subject to change without prior notice. Final totals including taxes and fees will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.

Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out

Payment is due in full at the time of check-in unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and cash. Guests may check in any time after 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must check out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-outs may incur additional fees.

Traveling with Minors

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please notify us in advance if your group includes minors, so we can ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all guests.

Accessibility or Special Needs

While our historic property is limited in some accessibility features, we are happy to accommodate guests with special needs to the best of our ability. Please contact us ahead of your stay to discuss any specific requirements.

Parking

Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests. Please park only in designated areas. We are not responsible for damage or theft of vehicles or contents while on the property.

Hotel Events

From time to time, the Wigwam may host private events that could impact access to certain areas. We do our best to notify guests in advance and minimize disruption. If you’re planning a special occasion, we’d love to help—just reach out!

Dispute Resolution / Issues During Stay

If you experience any issues during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can address them promptly. We aim for your complete satisfaction. In the event of a dispute, we encourage resolution through direct communication. Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Massachusetts law.

Use of Personal Information

We respect your privacy. Guest information is collected solely for the purpose of processing reservations and enhancing your stay. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Liability

The Wigwam Western Summit is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay, except as required by law. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or power outages.

Third Party Rights

These terms are for the benefit of you and the Wigwam Western Summit. No other party shall have rights under these terms.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any of these terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so at a later time.

Severance

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain valid and enforceable.

Pets

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in select accommodations, including the Bear’s Den, Mohawk Cabin, and Pocumtuck Cabin. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $35 applies per stay. We kindly ask that pets be supervised at all times and not left unattended in the cabins. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. For the comfort of all our guests, please clean up after your pet and keep them leashed in public areas.

Cleaning Fee

A standard cleaning fee is applied to each reservation to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of all guest spaces:

• Cabins & Bear's Den: $95
• Lodge: $165

These fees are per stay and will be included in your final booking total.
